Placebo Impacts Sleep and Pain Modulation in Chronic Pain
Recruiting
The goal of this free-choice parallel design clinical trial is to examine the potential beneficial effects of using open-label placebo (OLP) in improving chronic pain related outcomes and sleep quality in people with temporomandibular disorders. This study will enroll a cohort of participants with temporomandibular disorders (TMD) which lasts for more than 3 months. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Will participants with TMD be more likely to take open-label placebo pills if they ar... Read More

A Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab With or Without Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK- 2870) in Adult Participants With Resectable Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Not Achieving Pathological Complete Response (pCR) (MK-2870-019)
Recruiting
This study will assess if adding sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab after surgery is effective in treating NSCLC for participants not achieving pathological complete response. The primary hypothesis of this study is sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab monotherapy with respect to disease free survival (DFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy Plus Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibitor and Androgen Deprivation Therapy for Treatment of Metastatic, Recurrent Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer, DIVINE Trial
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effects of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and the timing of treatment with androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) in treating patients with hormone sensitive prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic), and that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). SBRT is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position a... Read More

A Phase II Study of Adjuvant Immunotherapy Targeting KRAS G12D, KRAS G12V, or TP53 R175H for Participants With Advanced Gastrointestinal Malignancies
Recruiting
Background: Gastrointestinal (GI) cancer affects the organs (such as the stomach, large and small intestine, pancreas, colon, liver, and biliary system) of the digestive tract. In some participants who have had surgery for GI cancer, blood tests show that the cancer has spread despite being unable to be identified by scans. Certain gene mutations (changes) in GI cancer (such as KRAS or TP53) can be targeted by T cells, a type of immune cell, in individuals with specific HLA types (genes that he... Read More

Development of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures Assessing Tumor-Related Disfigurement and Appearance Concerns in Neurofibromatosis Type 1
Recruiting
Background: Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) is a disease that causes tumors to grow along the nerves. These include plexiform neurofibromas (pNF) and cutaneous neurofibromas (cNF). Both pNF and cNF can be visible to other people. These tumors can affect a person s appearance and quality of life. Researchers want to be able to assess changes in appearance before and after treatment for NF1 tumors. Objective: To see if two questionnaires can help assess people s ratings about the appearance of their... Read More
