The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of 12 weeks of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango on glucose control, insulin resistance, lipids, inflammation, oxidation and body composition in individuals with prediabetes. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on indicators of glycemic control including fasting glucose and HgbA1c? * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on fasting blood insulin and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR)? * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on lipids including LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and triglycerides? * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on oxidative stress including oxidized LDL-cholesterol and 8-iso-PGF2-alpha? * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on markers of inflammation including c-reactive protein, e-selectin, ICAM, VCAM, TNF-alpha and IL-beta? * What is the effect of 1.5 cups per day of fresh mango over 12 weeks on percent body fat, fat mass, and lean mass? Participants will be asked to: * Consume 1.5 cups of mango per day for 12 weeks, take a 4 to 8 week break, and then avoid consuming mangos for 12 weeks * Attend a prerandomization clinic prior to study * Attend three (3) clinics where blood will be drawn during weeks 0, and 12 of the first phase and last week of the second phase of the study * Attend eight (8) clinics where anthropometric measurements (height, weight, body composition) will be conducted and interaction with study clinicians will occur during weeks 0, 4, 8, 12 of each phase of the study * Complete questionnaires and surveys in person and remotely, including six (6) 24-hour dietary recalls. Researchers will compare the 12 weeks participants consume mango to the 12 weeks the participants are not consuming mango to see if there are differences in glycemic indicators, insulin resistance, lipids, inflammation, oxidation and body composition between the two time periods. Optimal knee joint loading, which refers to the forces acting on the knee caused by daily activities such as daily steps, plays an essential role in maintaining knee articular cartilage health and reducing the risk of osteoarthritis (OA). After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), individuals take fewer daily steps as compared to uninjured controls resulting in insufficient knee joint loading to joint tissues, but it is unclear how changes in daily steps impact knee joint cartilage health in OA development. Therefore, the overall single arm, longitudinal pre-test post-test study objective is to determine the mechanistic links between knee joint loading as measured by daily steps and comprehensive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) measures of knee joint cartilage health post-ACLR. The central hypothesis is that individuals post-ACLR who take low daily steps will demonstrate deconditioned, less resilient cartilage characterized by poor tibiofemoral cartilage composition and greater cartilage strain. The purpose of this study is to evaluate an online platform -- the Living Memory Home for Dementia Care Pairs (LMH-4-DCP) for persons with dementia and their family caregivers to engage in reminiscence activities together and record meaningful memories. The main aims of this study are: * To evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the LMH-4-DCP platform. * To explore the potential for LMH-4-DCP to reduce feelings of pre-loss grief and enhancing relationship quality in dementia family caregivers and their care-recipients ('Care-Pairs') Care pair participants will be asked to log-in to LMH-4-DCP and complete study activities three times per week for two weeks. Researchers will compare the intervention group to an attention control condition to see if LMH-4-DCP's use is associated with reduced feelings of caregiver pre-loss grief and improved care pair relationship quality at follow-up. The objective of this research project is to conduct a single-site pilot trial to assess the feasibility and effect of low-dose aspirin to augment vascular recovery in the immediate postpartum period after preeclampsia through two specific aims: 1) to pilot test the feasibility of conducting a randomized controlled trial of postpartum low dose aspirin vs. placebo, and 2) to assess the effect of postpartum aspirin on endothelial function and blood pressure. Our central hypothesis is that postpartum administration of low-dose aspirin following preeclampsia will be feasible, improve endothelial function, and lower BP at 6 months postpartum. The study participant has one of the following blood cancers: acute myelogenous leukemia (AML)/myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL, T-ALL) or Lymphoma. Your cancer has been difficult to treat (refractory) or has come back after treatment (relapse). Primary Objective To determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose of intravenous infusions of escalating doses of CD70-CAR T cells in patients (≤21 years) with recurrent/refractory CD70+ hematological malignancies after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. Secondary Objectives To evaluate the antileukemic activity of CD70-CAR T cells. A growing number of patients are surviving a stay in the intensive care unit (ICU) but may experience long-lasting psychological problems, but research evaluating such treatment for ICU patients is scant. The goal of this pilot randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and potential benefit of an evidence-based psychological intervention for anxiety and associated outcomes for ICU patients. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Is this intervention feasible and acceptable in ARF patients? * Is this intervention in the ICU and hospital associated with reduced anxiety symptoms? Participants will participate in a cognitive behavioral therapy informed self-management intervention aimed to reduce anxiety symptoms. Researchers will compare the intervention group to patients who receive usual care to see if the intervention reduces symptoms at the the conclusion of the intervention and at 3 months follow-up. This study will enroll subjects with qualifying limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD). All subjects will receive CSB-001 investigational drug in either one or both study eyes. The study is comprised of two identical phases (Dosing Phase I and II) of test article dosing separated by a 31- to 40-day period, the Dosing Holiday, where no test article is administered.
