This study investigates the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on out-of-pocket costs, lost wages, and unemployment in patients with breast cancer undergoing breast surgery. Post-mastectomy reconstructive patients are at high risk for financial toxicity (adverse effects of escalating health care cost on well-being). The goal of this study is to collect information about financial costs patients may have as a result of surgical treatment for cancer with or without breast reconstruction and to learn if COVID-19 affects patient costs of breast reconstruction. This phase IV trial studies how well serial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after radiation therapy works in predicting radiation-induced changes in the normal tissue of patients with oral cavity or skull base tumors. Performing MRIs after radiation therapy for patients with oral cavity or skull base tumors may help to predict osteoradionecrosis (a change in non-cancerous tissue). Read Less

This study will evaluate the influence of sleep apnea on clinical and radiological features of MS. Sleep apnea is associated with hypoxemia during sleep, which is likely detrimental to MS. Clinical data (MRI, lab results, medical history, labs, and sleep studies) of MS patients will be collected and analyzed. This will be done to study correlations between MRI, clinical data, lab studies and sleep studies. There is specific interest in the type of sleep apnea associated with MS, and whether MRI or clinical metrics of MS severity correlate with presence or absence of sleep apnea. Read Less

This study asks three questions about Persons with Parkinson Disease that use a bicycle for exercise. 1. Does the use of virtual reality increase the intensity and and enjoyment of the experience compared to bicycling without virtual reality? 2. Does the way in which the bicycling (interval compared to continous) is performed affect the experience? 3. Prucalopride is a medicine used to treat constipation. The main aim of the study is to measure prucalopride concentrations in breast milk. Other aims are to check the growth and development of babies breastfed by their mothers who took prucalopride and to check if the babies had any side effects. During the study, participants will provide one set of milk samples over 24 hours using an electric breast pump. Breast milk samples will be collected at home and will be shipped to the laboratory. Also, participants will be asked questions during telephone interviews every 2 months in the first year of their baby's life. They will also be asked to complete growth and development questionnaires about their baby. Read Less

This study combines vyxeos and gilteritinib in patients with relapsed or refractory FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia. Vyxeos and gilteritinib will be given as induction therapy. Those patients entering a complete remission or a complete remission with incomplete blood count recovery will be allowed to proceed to consolidation therapy with vyxeos and gilteritinib. This trial seeks to increase access to smoking cessation services to low-income pregnant women. Smoking is associated with an increased risk of developing cancer. Smoking during pregnancy smoking is associated with an increased risk of low birth weight, a condition that is associated with neonatal, perinatal, and infant morbidity and mortality. The overall goal of this trial is to help patients make healthy choices and provide support during pregnancy and in the first few months after the birth of the baby. Read Less
