The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about whether indoor air quality will improve over time in homes where occupants receive personalized information about levels of health-relevant air pollutants that includes practical, budget-friendly, and culturally relevant recommendations on actions they can take to improve their home's air quality. The rationale for the investigators' approach is that a rigorous intervention study design will generate robust evidence on the value of the in-home environmental data. Participating homes in both the intervention and control groups will receive three, one-week Home Health Box deployments spaced six weeks apart. After each of the first two deployments, homes in the intervention group will receive a Home Health Report with personalized information about in-home levels of health-relevant air pollutants and cost-sensitive recommendations on actions occupants can take to improve their home's air quality. The investigators will (a) investigate whether and how air quality changes over time in control and intervention homes and (b) survey intervention households on the utility of the Home Health Reports. This phase II trial studies how well giving testosterone at levels higher than normally found in the body (supraphysiological) works to enhance chemotherapy treatment, and Lutetium 177Lu-prostate specific-membrane antigen (PSMA)-617 (LuPSMA) in patients with prostate cancer that has progressed despite being previously treated with androgen therapies and has spread from where it first started (prostate) to other places in the body (metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer). In patients that have developed progressive cancer in spite of standard hormonal treatment, administering supraphysiological testosterone may result in regression of tumors by causing deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage in tumor cells that have adapted to low testosterone conditions. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill tumor cells. Radioactive drugs, such as LuPSMA, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Giving supraphysiological levels of testosterone and carboplatin or etoposide or LuPSMA together may be an effective treatment for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Read Less

This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of venetoclax in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone, daratumumab and dexamethasone, or daratumumab, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Lenalidomide is a drug that is similar to thalidomide, and is used to treat multiple myeloma and certain types of anemia. Lenalidomide belongs to the family of drugs called angiogenesis inhibitors. Dexamethasone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Daratumumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It binds to a protein called CD38, which is found on some types of immune cells and cancer cells, including myeloma cells. Daratumumab may block CD38 and help the immune system kill cancer cells. Adding venetoclax to the other drug combinations may allow control of the cancer than is possible with the current treatments. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj in patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significant (MGUS) who have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy suspected to be cause by paraproteinemia. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: • how well does this medication help improve MGUS associated peripheral neuropathy Participants will be asked be asked to get some testing done prior to starting the trial in order for us to assess your nerve damage or peripheral neuropathy. This will include blood tests, a complete neurologic examination, surveys and tests called electromyogram and nerve conduction studies. Participants that qualify for the trial will take DARZALEX FASPRO® once a week for two months, followed by every other week from months 3 to month 6. Read Less

This is a 2x2, within-subjects, cross-over trial to test the anti-depressant effects of acute exercise in 20 participants with bipolar depression. Participants will complete four experimental sessions, two with an exercise challenge and two with a resting control condition in a counterbalanced order. Participants will receive either 800mg of ibuprofen or placebo before exercise or rest in order to test whether blocking the inflammatory response to exercise interferes with the neural and psychological effects of exercise. Most of the over 32.7 million people in the U.S. who have special health, developmental, and mental health concerns have typically developing (TD) brothers and sisters who share high levels of involvement in their sibling's lives. Disability and health agencies lack effective tools to support the information and support needs of TD siblings and their families, in particular for ethnic minority and rural families. The aims of this proposal are to complete development and evaluation of the dual language SIBTime app, designed to build parents' and children's knowledge, skills, and engaging family routines to nurture TD siblings' (ages 3-6) social-emotional health and well-being. This is a multi-center clinical trial evaluating the effect of transbronchial mediastinal cryobiopsy for its ability to improve the likelihood of obtaining tissue sufficient for molecular analysis. Patients in outpatient clinics or pre-operative holding areas planning to undergo a bronchoscopic biopsy of a suspected malignant lesion (peripheral or mediastinal) for initial diagnosis, staging, or tissue acquisition for molecular analysis will be considered for enrollment and consented. Patients will only be enrolled if intraoperative ROSE suggests malignancy. Patients will be randomized to continue with the operator's initial EBUS-TBNA needle or switch to a cryoprobe to perform a sampling. Read Less

There are two parts to this study. It is a phase 1b followed by a randomized phase 2 study to assess whether adding 3 years of adjuvant tetrathiomolybdate (TM) to standard 6 months treatment of adjuvant capecitabine and pembrolizumab in high risk for relapse triple negative breast cancer. In the phase 1b part of the study, TM is added to adjuvant capecitabine and pembrolizumab in high risk for relapse triple negative breast cancer (RCB 2, 3, risk for relapse \>60% at 5 years) after completion of neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy and surgery to establish the safety of the combination. This will be followed by a randomized phase 2 clinical trial of adjuvant TM and capecitabine vs capecitabine alone. If pembrolizumab was administered in the neoadjuvant setting, it may be continued in the adjuvant setting per investigator discretion. Read Less

This clinical trial tests whether atorvastatin prevents metastasis of resected high-risk stage IIA, IIB or IIIA melanoma. The vast majority of melanomas are diagnosed at an early, localized stage. However, approximately 10-15% of these localized melanomas will eventually metastasize, despite appropriate local treatment. Once metastasis occurs, median survival is less than two years. Melanomas at high risk of metastasis can be identified by gene expression profiling. Statin drugs, like atorvastatin, have been used to treat high cholesterol for the prevention of major adverse cardiovascular events, but not for preventing melanoma metastasis. Statins could prevent melanoma metastasis through decreasing tumor cell migration, decreasing tumor cell adhesion, and increasing immune system response. Statins are also efficient inhibitors of new lymphatic vessels formation. Since tumor lymphatic vessels serve as highways to lymph nodes and may suppress immune system responses, statins may block a critical step towards melanoma metastasis. Using atorvastatin may have the potential to prevent metastasis and improve outcomes in patients with resected high-risk melanoma. Read Less

This study's overarching aim is to evaluate a new psychoeducation and process group for Asian and Asian American psychiatric outpatients. This is a 12 week mental health group which will focus on both educational content related to Asian mental health as well as increasing connection between group members. We hypothesize that participants in the group will experience a decrease in psychiatric symptoms at the conclusion of the group compared to their symptoms at the beginning of group. We also hypothesize that participants will feel more socially connected after the group. Read Less
