Alternation in the Human Microbiome With Commonly Used Topical Medications
Recruiting
The global aim of this study is to investigate how the human microbiome changes from baseline with commonly used topical medications such as topical antifungals, low to mid potency topical steroids and emollients. The specific aims are as follows: 1. Investigate whether ketoconazole cream, a commonly used topical antifungal, causes alterations in the human skin microbiome with short-term use. 2. Investigate whether desonide 0.05 % ointment, a commonly used low potency topical steroid, alters t... Read More

A Clinical Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Alpha DaRT224 for the Treatment of Patients With Recurrent Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Recruiting
This is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 86 participants. The primary objectives are to determine the objective response rate (ORR) established by the confirmed best overall response (BOR) following intratumoral administration of DaRT - Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy, as well as to assess the Duration of Response (DOR) 6 months from initial response. Secondary objectives are to assess the safety of DaRT, and to assess the progression free survival (PFS), overall survival... Read More

Maternal Oxygen Supplementation for Intrauterine Resuscitation
Recruiting
More than 80% of the 3 million women who labor and deliver each year in the United States undergo continuous electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) during labor in order to fetal hypoxia and prevent the transition to acidemia, expedited operative delivery, and/or neonatal morbidity. Category II EFM is the most commonly observed group of fetal heart rate features in labor. One common response to Category II EFM is maternal oxygen (O2) supplementation. The theoretic rationale for O2 administration is t... Read More

Dance and Energy Expenditure Among Adults With Parkinson's
Recruiting
The first purpose of the study is to develop and test new methods for quantifying dance among adults with a diagnosis of Parkinson's using various kinds of cameras, wearable activity monitors, and questionnaires. The second reason we are conducting the study is to better understand the relationship between the intensity of dance classes specifically designed for adults with Parkinson's and individual-level factors like the kinds of routine activities one does beyond dancing and one's health stat... Development, Attention, and Inhibition Study
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the associations of young children's early life experiences with delaying behaviors and links with later life outcomes. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do experiences with waiting in early childhood predict delaying behavior in context-specific ways? * Are links between delaying behavior and life outcomes impacted by social conventions, effort and choices around delaying, or other behaviors? Participants will: * Complete two delaying task... Read More

Blood Markers of Early Pancreas Cancer
Recruiting
Identifying biomarkers of early pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) could facilitate screening for individuals at higher than average risk and expedite the diagnosis in individuals with symptoms and substantially improve an individual's chance of surviving the disease. The investigators propose a longitudinal study of subjects at higher than average risk of PDAC in order to generate clinical data and bank serial blood specimens.
