Reducing Suicide Risk Among Aging Caregivers of Persons With AD/ADRD

This project aims to adapt, implement, and evaluate a Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training group intervention for aging adult family caregivers of person with Alzheimer's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease Related Dementias (AD/ADRD) to reduce suicidality. By adapting this modality, the investigators will provide a scalable intervention tailored for this high-risk population, maximizing the public health impact and improving suicide prevention.

This study evaluates cancer-related weight and muscle mass loss, symptoms, and physical function (cachexia) in patients undergoing treatment for colorectal, lung, or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Effect of 10 mg Xanamem on Dementia Due to Alzheimer's Disease

Xanamem® is being developed as a potential treatment for symptomatic, early stages of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). This XanaMIA Phase 2b/3 study is to investigate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Xanamem in in mild or moderate dementia due to AD. Trial participants will be randomized to either receive 10mg of Xanamem once daily or a placebo for 36 weeks at a 1:1 ratio in a double-blinded fashion.
