Cardiometabolic Health Intervention Using Movement-to-Music Exercise
Recruiting
The study aims to test the benefits of a 24-week, cardio-emphasized Movement-to-Music exercise program for reversing cardiometabolic health risk factors compared to asynchronous, standard exercise programs among 132 adult wheelchair users. The targeted cardiometabolic health factors are waist circumference, triglycerides, "good" cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure. Additionally, a 12-week follow-up phase (weeks 25-36) is included to see whether the gains are maintained.

Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Imaging for Diagnosing Recurrent Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) Post Ablation
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) works for diagnosing patients with renal cell cancer (RCC) that has come back (recurrent) after an ablation. Diagnostic imaging, such as CEUS, may help find and monitor long term renal cell cancer recurrence following cryo or microwave ablation.

Zimberelimab and Quemliclustat in Combination With Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Patients With Borderline Resectable and Locally Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma
Recruiting
This phase I/II study tests how well zimberelimab and quemliclustat work in combination with chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX) in treating patients pancreatic adenocarcinoma that may or may not be able to be removed by surgery (borderline resectable) or that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as zimberelimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread... Read More

Brief Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia in Veterans With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Recruiting
This study will investigate treatments for insomnia in Veterans who have posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The purpose of this study is to compare a brief behavioral treatment for insomnia (BBTI) to a treatment that helps promote relaxation (progressive muscle relaxation training or PMRT). The investigators will examine improvements in psychosocial functioning and insomnia severity. The investigators will also examine whether treatment gains last over time and whether suicidal ideation decre... Read More
