This clinical trial evaluates the added role of contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), as well as imaging and blood biomarkers, for predicting the presence or absence of high-grade ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) or invasive cancer on pathology. Screening mammography is the mainstay of population-wide early breast cancer detection, and mammography-detected cancers are usually of an earlier stage, giving women the best chance of survival. However, the main drawbacks of this type of screening are false positive results and potential over-diagnosis of breast cancer. Suspicious microcalcifications detected with mammography pose a particular diagnostic problem, as they may be associated with invasive and high-grade in-situ cancers like DCIS, but are more often benign or require further workup to verify diagnosis. As such, microcalcifications detected by mammography pose a risk of both over-diagnosis and underestimation of disease severity. This study evaluates the impact of using CEM, compared to standard full field digital mammography (FFDM) for the management of suspicious microcalcifications and prediction of breast cancer in women with this finding. This phase I trial finds out the best dose and side effects of venetoclax and tocilizumab in treating patients with t(11;14) multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Tocilizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Tocilizumab is used to treat side effects from immune therapy in patients with myeloma. The primary purpose of this study is to serve as a pilot study of the EFIL device treatment feasibility of IVH grades 3,4 to guide development of a larger trial. Primary outcomes will assess the following: safety of intervention, recruitment and consent process, acceptability of intervention by parents, retention rates, selection of most appropriate outcome measures, provide sample size estimates for a larger trial, increase the researchers\' experience with the study intervention. A complete list of objectives and aims are listed under "Objectives". This study hopes to treat 12-24 neonates using 650nm light of irradiance 10mW/cm2 for 5 minutes twice a day each day for 12 days. The goal of this clinical research study is to collect information about the long-term safety of gene transfer therapy. This study is also designed to create a database of medical information about patients who have received gene transfer therapy, in order for researchers to track and review the long-term safety and any effects (good or bad) of gene transfer therapy.
