Parents of children with food allergies that are medically established will be able to participate in 6 one-hour weekly virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) groups, and outcomes will be measured for anxiety, depression and quality of life. Possible benefits include improvement in psychological functioning and quality of life of families, as well as improved understanding of the use of group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for parents of children with medically established food allergies. The Lupus Foundation of America (LFA) Research Accelerated by You (RAY) Registry is an ongoing, voluntary, longitudinal study gathers data from adults with lupus and legally authorized representatives of children with lupus to better understand diagnosis, treatment, care, and quality of life. Participants provide informed consent and complete electronic surveys every six months. The LFA uses the data to address constituent needs, share clinical research opportunities, and advance lupus research by sharing de-identified data with approved third-party investigators. The LFA will promote participation via its website and email outreach to around 200,000 people connected to lupus. Participants may also be resurveyed to assess clinical trial eligibility and other factors related to trial participation. Types of self-reported data will include: demographics, diagnoses, treatment information and patient reported outcomes, including quality of life reports, which have been increasingly recognized as essential for assessing health outcomes. Background: The drug PEN-866 can remain in tumor cells longer than it does in normal cells. It also may be more effective than other drugs at treating Ewing sarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma. Researchers want to learn if combining PEN-866 with other drugs can treat certain cancers in adolescents and young adults. Objective: To learn if the combination of PEN-866 with vincristine and temozolomide can be used to treat adolescents and young adults with solid tumors that have returned after or did not respond to standard treatments, or for which there are no standard treatments. Eligibility: People ages 12-39 years who have solid tumors, Ewing sarcoma, or rhabdomyosarcoma that returned after or did not respond to standard treatments. Design: Participants will be screened with a medical history, physical exam, and eye exam. They will have heart function tests. They may have imaging scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. They will give blood and urine samples. They may have a tumor biopsy. Some samples will be used for genetic testing. Some screening tests will be repeated during the study. Participants will get 3 drugs for up to 18 cycles. Each cycle lasts 21 days. They will get PEN-866 and vincristine by IV infusion (a tube in their vein) on Days 1 and 8 of each cycle. They will take temozolomide by mouth on Days 1-5 of each cycle. Participants will complete questionnaires about their physical, mental, and social health. Participants will have a follow-up visit 30 days after treatment ends. They may be contacted by phone or email for the rest of their life. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effectiveness of an online parenting program on Filipino parents living in California. The main aims are to: * Test the effectiveness of the online Incredible Years® model of parent training and its impact on primary outcomes. * Determine the impact of intervention engagement (i.e., higher attendance) on parenting practices and child behavior outcomes. * Describe Intervention delivery and its online implementation in real-world community settings. The study involves two phases: * Phase 1: Participants will receive the Online Incredible Years® School Age Basic \& Advanced Parent Training Program (intervention) and complete parent-reported and child-reported measures at baseline, 3 months and 6 months. * Phase 2: Parenting Group Leaders will each participate in one semi-structured interview to inform the sustainability of the intervention in real world community settings. Researchers will compare 250 Filipino families, half of which will receive the intervention and the other half will receive the American Academy of Pediatrics' Bright Futures handouts (control) and be placed on a 3-month waitlist for the IY parenting program. Both groups will be followed for a minimum of 6 months with follow- up assessments that include parent-report and child report measures. Read Less

Given the increased number of HLA-mismatched haploidentical transplantation with post-transplant cyclophosphamide performed each year and the high risk of infectious complications associated with this type of transplant, the investigators suggest that GM-CSF administration post-infusion of T-replete haploidentical stem cells and post-transplant cyclophosphamide can yield similar count recovery rates to G-CSF with a potential of lowering risk of infectious complications. This research in Veterans with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) will provide new information on the mechanisms determining the patients' exercise intolerance and the efficacy of regular physical activity to improve this shortcoming by alleviating the patients' neurocirculatory abnormalities. Specifically, the investigators will focus on the role of nerves originating in working limb muscles in determining the patients' exercise intolerance and compromised fatigue resistance before and after a chronic exercise intervention. By focusing on a specific mechanism, this project will evaluate the validity of exercise as an alternative treatment strategy with the overall purpose of improving the quality of life of Veterans with HFpEF. The PREDICT 3 study will build on previous research in over 2,000 individuals to further refine machine learning models that predict individual responses to foods, with the aim of advancing precision nutrition science and individualized dietary advice. The study incorporates both standardized and controlled dietary intervention, for the purpose of testing postprandial responses to specific mixed meals, in addition to a free-living period with a dietary record for measuring responses to a large variety of meals consumed in a realistic context, where the role of external factors (e.g. exercise, sleep, time of day) on postprandial responses may be determined. For the first time this PREDICT study is built on top of a commercial product which will allow access to a much larger group of participants who are already collecting large amounts of data through digital and biochemical devices that can contribute to science. Patients will receive a vaccine called SurVaxM on this study. While vaccines are usually thought of as ways to prevent diseases, vaccines can also be used to treat cancer. SurVaxM is designed to tell the body's immune system to look for tumor cells that express a protein called survivin and destroy them. The survivin protein can be found on up to 95% of glioblastomas and other types of cancer but is not found in normal cells. If the body's immune system knows to destroy cells that express survivin, it may help to control tumor growth and recurrence. SurVaxM will be mixed with Montanide ISA 51 before it is given. Montanide ISA 51 is an ingredient that helps create a stronger immune response in people, which helps the vaccine work better. This study has two phases: Priming and Maintenance. During the Priming Phase, patients will get one dose of SurVaxM combined with Montanide ISA 51 through a subcutaneous injection (a shot under the skin) at the start of the study and every 2 weeks for 6 weeks (for a total of 4 doses). At the same time that patients get the SurVaxM/Montanide ISA 51 injection, they will also get a second subcutaneous injection of a medicine called sargramostim. Sargramostim is given close to the SurVaxM//Montanide ISA 51 injection and works to stimulate the immune system to help the SurVaxM/Montanide ISA 51 work more effectively. If a patient completes the Priming Phase without severe side effects and his or her disease stays the same or improves, he or she can continue to the Maintenance Phase. During the Maintenance Phase, the patient will get a SurVaxM/Montanide ISA 51 dose along with a sargramostim dose about every 8 weeks for up to two years. After a patient finishes the study treatment, the doctor and study team will continue to follow his/her condition and watch for side effects up to 3 years following the last dose of SurVaxM/Montanide ISA 51. This study is a phase IV, two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess whether individuals identified as primarily reward drinkers are significantly more likely to reduce heavy drinking if they receive XR-NTX than a matching placebo injection. Study subjects will receive monthly injections of long-acting injectable naltrexone 380 mg (4 mL) or matching placebo. All subjects will also receive 4 sessions of Medical Management (MM).
