The goal of this clinical trial is to see how giving direct cash support affects the health of pregnant women and their babies in the U.S. Many families, especially those with low incomes, face challenges during pregnancy and after childbirth. This study will explore whether financial help during these times leads to better health. The main questions this research aims to answer are: * Does extra money during pregnancy and a baby's first months improve the baby's growth and overall health? * How does financial support affect a mother's physical and mental health before and after birth? * Does having extra money help moms get better healthcare and make healthier food choices for themselves and their babies? Participants in this study will be randomly assigned to either a high cash or low cash group. They will be enrolled in the study and asked to complete: * A baseline survey * A follow-up survey 12 months after enrollment * A final survey 18 months after enrollment In addition, participants' medical records will be reviewed, and some may be selected for a qualitative interview to share more about their experiences. This research is being done in partnership with The Bridge Project, a program that helps moms in need. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the intravaginal Cern device works to treat bacterial vaginosis and fungal vaginitis in premenopausal women. It will also learn about the safety of the device. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the device accomplish symptom resolution and negative diagnostic tests post-treatment? What medical problems do participants have when using the intravaginal device? Participants will use the investigational intravaginal device for 5 consecutive days, participate in teleconferences and weekly follow-ups, attend in-clinic visits, and maintain a study diary. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is highly prevalent globally, with considerable morbidity and mortality associated. In the US, it is the 4th leading cause of death, as well as contributing to significant costs on healthcare utilization including hospitalization. Population-based screening for COPD has not been recommended by the US Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF). However, LDCT screening for lung cancer in patients aged 50- 80 with ≥ 20 pack year smoking has been shown to improve survival. Rather than influencing regulatory decisions or clinical guidelines, the goal of this trial is to refine treatment selection among existing therapeutic options, ensuring that care is tailored to individual patient characteristics. Additionally, by generating real-world evidence, these findings will inform the design and implementation of future clinical trials. Importantly, the methodological advancements will establish a pipeline that extends beyond aNSCLC, facilitating the identification of optimal dynamic treatment regimes (DTRs) for other complex diseases. The EASE program is an existing, evidence-based program/intervention (originally developed by the WHO), and this study is limited to evaluating the local implementation of this program. The aims of this pilot study are to: * Assess the acceptability and feasibility of training and supervision of EASE Helpers (community staff members) through an adapted EASE training. * Evaluate possible problems of recruitment, intervention delivery, and participant retention. * Assess the feasibility of EASE being delivered via a partnership between researchers and community members. * Evaluate implementation of EASE via the RE-AIM (Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance) framework A mixed-methods design with qualitative and quantitative approaches will be used to assess these objectives. The Mayo Clinic Conduit Report Card Questionnaires have been created in order to have a consistent evaluation tools for patients undergoing esophageal reconstruction or treatment or patients that are experiencing an upper digestive disease in order to standardize and validate outcome measures. Data will be used to establish the validation of the questionnaires/survey. Data will also lead to the establishment of "normal" or expected scores for patients undergoing each type of esophagectomy procedure and for upper digestive diseases. Data will contribute to creating treatment algorithms for symptom management for upper digestive diseases and for post-operative complications and symptoms as well as contribute to pre-operative education. This is a multi-center, prospective, non-interventional study that focuses on the long- term effects following participation in selected ITN new-onset Type1 Diabetes Mellitus studies with immunomodulatory agents (T1DM, T1D). This observational study will: * follow participants to determine how long they continue to produce insulin, and * will also assess how changes in the immune system over time relate to the ability to produce insulin.
