Affordable Online Oral Tirzepatide Pills, Drops, and Tablets
Affiliate disclosure: Policy Lab may earn a commission if you sign up with a provider through links on this page. Policy Lab and Raeliva are both operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, so Policy Lab has a financial interest in Raeliva. Raeliva is evaluated with the same criteria as every other provider on this page. This does not affect how we score or rank providers.
Nowadays, you see GLP-1 medications everywhere. If you are considering weight loss medications, you’ve probably heard about Zepbound and Mounjaro. You might want to try them, but something is holding you back: the injectable form.
Oral tirzepatide is a compounded, non-injectable form of tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Zepbound and Mounjaro, that dissolves under your tongue.
If you don’t know where to get it, we’ve got you covered. Here, we review 5 different telehealth providers that offer it: Raeliva, PlexusDx, Henry Meds, Willow, and SkinnyRx. All 5 sell an oral dissolving tablet (none currently sell tirzepatide drops).
The goal here is simple: show you what each offer really costs, what you actually get, and what questions you should ask before paying.
Medical Disclaimer: This article is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Tirzepatide requires a prescription and oversight from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or adjusting any medication or treatment.
How We Reviewed These Providers
This is a side-by-side review of 5 online providers that sell compounded oral tirzepatide. For each one, Policy Lab checked the current product page, legal terms, refund or subscription policy, Trustpilot profile, and Better Business Bureau (BBB) profile. We also checked FDA records for warning letters and recalls.
We checked provider facts against public pages on October 5, 2026. We did not complete a paid checkout for any provider. Keep in mind that prices can change quickly in the market, so always confirm the final charge before you pay.
Each provider was scored on the same areas:
- Real monthly cost
- Pricing transparency
- Pharmacy transparency
- Clinical oversight
- Cancellation and refund terms
- Regulatory record
- Customer service
Regulatory Status: What’s Actually FDA-Approved
Every oral tirzepatide product on this page is a compounded drug. The only FDA-approved forms of tirzepatide are the weekly injections sold as Mounjaro and Zepbound.
The FDA has proposed keeping tirzepatide off the list that would let large outsourcing facilities make it from bulk ingredients1. As of October 5, 2026, we haven’t found any FDA final decision on that proposal.
FDA-Approved Oral Alternatives
There are 2 FDA-approved oral GLP-1 medications for weight management. However, neither is tirzepatide. They are the Wegovy pill (oral semaglutide, approved December 22, 2025)2 and Foundayo (orforglipron, approved April 1, 2026).3
Both are prescribed and priced separately from the compounded oral tirzepatide products reviewed on this page. Self-pay pricing for both starts at $149/month at the lowest dose, though higher doses cost more.2,4
Each of these medicines has its own clinical trials and dosing, so they aren’t interchangeable with tirzepatide or with each other.
What “Compounded” Actually Means
Compounded drugs are made outside the FDA approval process. The FDA doesn’t review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they’re sold. A 503A pharmacy fills prescriptions for individual patients. A 503B outsourcing facility makes larger batches under stricter federal manufacturing rules. Neither label tells you a product is safe or that it will work like the injection. That’s why you should verify the specific pharmacy.

Trustpilot ratings and review counts, as well as BBB customer reviews, were checked in October 2026. Keep in mind that a profile with fewer than 100 reviews carries far less weight than one built on thousands of reviews.
What to Consider Before Choosing an Oral Tirzepatide Provider
Pricing and Transparency
The number you see on the product page is often the lowest price on the longest plan. Before you compare, confirm the dose, the number of tablets, how long the supply will last, and how often you’ll be billed. Also ask whether shipping, doctor visits, and dose increases are included in the price.
Clinical Oversight
Find out who evaluates you, whether it’s a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, whether a live visit is required, and whether follow-ups are included in the pricing or are a separate add-on.
Keep in mind that lab work is not always required, but a good clinician will order it when your health history calls for it. They shouldn’t prescribe medication without first making sure it’s suitable for you. Be careful with companies that “guarantee” you’ll get the medication.
Pharmacy Information
A provider that names its pharmacy gives you something to check. You can look up that pharmacy’s license and any FDA records. A vague “US pharmacy” claim gives you nothing to verify. Also, check whether that pharmacy operates under 503A or 503B.
Formulation and Evidence
A tablet that dissolves under your tongue isn’t the same as a weekly shot. Studies are still limited, with most of them focusing on comparing semaglutide vs. tirzepatide, or their injectable forms5. Additionally, an oral dissolving tablet is not interchangeable with an injection in terms of absorption or established dosing. So treat them separately.
Customer Experience
Trustpilot and BBB reviews can tell you how a company handles billing, shipping, and cancellations. But they cannot tell you if the medication is safe or if it works. They only reflect people’s experiences with the service.
Cancellation and Refunds
Prescription medication usually cannot be refunded. Check when renewals charge, how much notice you need to cancel, and what happens to a prepaid plan if you stop early.
What’s Actually Included
Medication, consultations, provider messaging, shipping, labs, and supplies are sometimes billed within the price. But you should read the itemization before you buy.
1. Raeliva
Best for: Seeing the pharmacy network before you enroll.
Trustpilot: 4.2 ★ (16 reviews)

At a Glance: Strengths are a flat price at every dose, simple plan tiers, and no charge if you are not eligible. Weaknesses are a very small review base, no monthly shipping on longer plans, and no published dose or tablet count.
Disclosure: Policy Lab and Raeliva are both operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC. Raeliva was scored with the same criteria as every other provider on this page.
Verdict
- What works: One price covers the medication, provider, review, refills, and support, and it doesn’t increase with your dose.
- What to know: Raeliva doesn’t publish the dose or tablet count for each plan
- Skip if: You want a large base of customer reviews to lean on. Raeliva’s Trustpilot sample is currently too small (only 16 reviews).
What Reviewers Say
With only 16 reviews, there isn’t much to go on. Most praise the simple intake and quick replies. However, some people describe support mix-ups, including repeated messages after the patient said no.
Pricing
- Monthly plan: $359/month
- 3-month plan: $283/month ($850 paid upfront)
- 6-month plan: $267/month ($1,600 paid upfront)
The price includes the medication, provider review, refill coordination, and ongoing clinical support. The company also says it doesn’t increase prices as your dose goes up.
Keep in mind that if you are on a longer plan (like the 6-month plan), you won’t get your medication monthly but rather 2 shipments during that period. Some users may be confused about shipping and will need to keep the medication safe during these months.
Insurance and Payment
- Direct pay only.
- No insurance billing.
- FSA/HSA depends on your plan.
- They will provide an itemized receipt upon request for reimbursement.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel by email or through your care team (there is no cancellation fee).
- You cannot return prescription products once they are prescribed, shipped, or opened.
- Refunds apply in limited cases, such as canceling before processing.
- Approved refunds usually take 5-10 business days to apply.
Clinical Oversight
You complete an online intake (no appointment needed). A licensed provider then reviews it and determines if you are eligible and your recommended dosage. Raeliva says its providers are licensed in all 50 states.
Medical services are provided through Lion MDs, with intake and prescription routing through CareValidate and CareGLP. Some of the pharmacies they name include Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub, and Foothills, but keep in mind that your dispensing pharmacy might vary.
Our Take
Raeliva is a good option for those who want a flat price and a visible pharmacy network. The main trade-off is a very short public track record. PlexusDx costs $10 less on the monthly plan; Raeliva costs less on the 3- and 6-month plans.
2. PlexusDx
Best for: Published dose levels at one flat price.
Trustpilot: 4.3★ (78 reviews)

At a Glance: Strengths are their same-dose pricing, published dose levels, and no membership or consultation fee. Weaknesses are an unnamed pharmacy, mixed product wording, and unclear refunds on prepaid plans.
Verdict
- What works: Clear pricing that doesn’t increase when your dose goes up.
- What to know: The company doesn’t name the pharmacy that makes the tablets; it just says “from a 503A pharmacy.”6
- Skip if: You want to know exactly which pharmacy fills your prescription before you pay.
What Reviewers Say
Most reviewers describe a fast, easy start and reliable delivery. However, the most common complaint is refill mistakes, such as the wrong dose or slow responses about dosing.
Pricing
- Monthly plan: $349/month
- 3-month plan: $299/month ($897 paid upfront)
- 6-month plan: $279/month ($1,674 paid upfront)
The price includes the provider review, prescription, medication, shipping, and monthly check-ins. They list seven daily dose levels from 5 mg to 25 mg at the same price.
Insurance and Payment
- Direct pay only.
- No insurance billing.
- HSA/FSA accepted (make sure you check if your plan applies).
- They provide itemized documentation.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees (3 days before renewal).
- You can pause or stop between refills.
- Canceling a prepaid plan only cancels the next renewal cycle.
Clinical Oversight
PlexusDx says its clinicians are licensed across all 50 states and that some states do require a scheduled video visit rather than an asynchronous intake. Your provider re-approves each refill; it isn’t shipped automatically.
No bloodwork is required at intake; however, some providers might recommend it based on your medical history. And keep in mind that the tablets come from a 503A compounding pharmacy that the company doesn’t name.
Our Take
PlexusDx is the best fit if you want to see every dose level and its price before you enroll. The trade-off is less pharmacy transparency. If pharmacy transparency is important to you, you might want to check out Willow.
3. Henry Meds
Best for: Large volume of public customer feedback.
Trustpilot: 4.4 ★ (12,531 reviews)

At a Glance: Strengths include the largest review history among our analyzed providers. Weaknesses are unclear pricing, a $30 non-refundable consult fee, and low BBB customer review scores.
Verdict
- What works: A long track record and detailed legal terms.
- What to know: We couldn’t find clear pricing for their oral tirzepatide. The pages we checked conflict with each other, and you might need to take the entire quiz to know their prices.
- Skip if: You want to know your exact monthly cost before giving out any information.
What Reviewers Say
Many reviewers praise kind, knowledgeable clinicians, and easy refills. The most common complaints are hard-to-reach customer support, slow email responses, and missed appointments from medical providers.
Pricing
Their oral tirzepatide page doesn’t show any pricing. In order to get the pricing, you need to complete the entire assessment and give your personal information. Some live pages show prices at $234/month on a 12-month period and others at $147/month. On top of the medication, they also charge a $30 consultation fee, which is non-refundable.
However, it’s important that you check the information at checkout before purchasing.
Insurance and Payment
- Direct pay only.
- They don’t accept insurance billing, Medicare, or Medicaid.
- HSA/FSA available but not guaranteed.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your term ends to stop the renewal process.
- No refunds for a partly used period, except when the law requires.
- On multi-month plans, the FAQ says you may have to pay the rest of the balance, unless you stop for medical reasons.7
- Prescription products are final sale. You need to report any shipping problems within 48 hours of getting the medication.
Clinical Oversight
Licensed providers from an independent medical group see you either by video or online. The product page says that tablets are made in a 503A pharmacy or 503B outsourcing facility. However, keep in mind that the dispensing pharmacy is not named. And California orders might take longer because of extra testing rules.
Our Take
Henry Meds suits those who value long, public review history. The trade-off is pricing, which you cannot know until you give away all your personal information. For clearer pricing, consider Raeliva or PlexusDx.
4. Willow
Best for: Physician-reviewed care with named partner pharmacies.
Trustpilot: 3.9 ★ (359 reviews)

At a Glance: Strengths are physician review, named partner pharmacies, and unlimited doctor messaging. Weaknesses are the highest price in this review, a price that can change with your dose, and the lowest Trustpilot rating.
Verdict
- What works: A US-licensed physician reviews your intake, and the company lists its partner pharmacies in its legal terms.
- What to know: The $399 price is a starting price. The price can change based on your dosage.
- Skip if: You want consistent pricing throughout your weight loss journey.
What Reviewers Say
Reviewers often praise fast, caring replies from doctors and the support team. However, several of the newer complaints say the tablets felt weaker than the injections they used before. Keep in mind, this is a personal impression, not evidence about the product.
Pricing
Willow has a starting price of $399 per month. However, the dose per tablet is not published. And your fee may change with a new dose or refill schedule. But the company will tell you before charging. The price includes physician review, medication, shipping, doctor messaging, and a 24/7 care team.
Insurance and Payment
- Direct pay only.
- No insurance billing, Medicare, or Medicaid.
- HSA/FSA eligible, but make sure you check your plan.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel from your account page.
- Cancel any time before your next charge, with at least 2 business days’ notice.
- It takes 5-10 business days to receive a refund.
- Charges are generally non-refundable once they’re made, and compounded medication cannot be returned.
- If your physician determines you are not eligible, they will return the payment.
Clinical Oversight
A US-licensed physician from an affiliated medical practice reviews your intake, usually within 24 hours. They list 6 partner pharmacies, including Red Rock, Home Pharmacy, Epiq Pharmacy, Absolute Pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, and Empower Pharmacy. Which one is going to fill your prescription is not determined.
The terms also disclose that the medical practice’s president is also Willow’s chief medical officer and holds equity in Willow. And the availability is going to vary by state.
Our Take
Willow is a good option for those who are willing to pay more for physician review and a named pharmacy list. The trade-off is that the price can change based on your dose. For a more budget-friendly option, check Raeliva or PlexusDx.
5. SkinnyRx
Best for: Those who want a holistic program all through a user-friendly app.
Trustpilot: 4.7★ (5,425 reviews)

At a Glance: Strengths are a high Trustpilot score, an all-in-one app to help you navigate the journey, and fast phone support. Weaknesses are an FDA warning letter, an unverified 503B claim, and pricing we couldn’t confirm.
Verdict
- What works: Reviewers describe quick, friendly phone support and in-app support to make the journey easier.
- What to know: The FDA sent SkinnyRx a warning letter in February 2026 about how it labeled and marketed compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.8
- Skip if: You want verified pricing and a named compounding facility.
What Reviewers Say
Most recent reviews praise named staff phone support. When it comes to negative reviews, they describe trouble getting refunds on prepaid bundles and say the oral tablets did not help. But keep in mind that these are personal experiences.
Pricing
SkinnyRx doesn’t state how much it charges for the medication unless you take their complete evaluation and give your personal information. While it states it charges $149 the first month, it’s unclear how much it will change in the following months and if it changes based on the dosage.
Insurance and Payment
- Direct pay only.
- No insurance billing.
- HSA/FSA accepted (make sure you check if your plan applies).
Cancellation and Refunds
- You need to cancel 5 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- You can get a full refund before a provider reviews your intake. However, once your prescription is processed, you cannot ask for a refund.
- Partly used subscription periods, even prepaid bundles, are non-refundable.
- If a provider finds you are not eligible, you get a full refund within 24-48 hours.
Clinical Oversight
SkinnyRx says it uses independent, US-based, licensed, and board-certified providers to review your intake, usually within 24 hours. It also advertises that you get unlimited messages with providers and monthly check-ins. While lab tests are not mandatory, they might be required based on your medical history.
SkinnyRx doesn’t name the pharmacy that makes its tablets. Its product page says they are made in FDA-registered 503B facilities.
In February 2026, the FDA issued a warning letter due to SkinnyRx’s product label, suggesting it made the drugs when it didn’t. Keep in mind that the letter was about labeling and marketing. It wasn’t a recall and didn’t involve product testing.
Our Take
SkinnyRx can be a good option for those who value fast phone support and a holistic program. Right now, the warning letter and unverified 503B claim are trade-offs you should consider. Until both are cleared, options like Willow, which names its partner pharmacies, are good alternatives.
Conclusion
There is no single best oral tirzepatide provider. The right choice depends on your monthly cost, how long you are willing to commit, and the format you want. It also depends on how much clinical oversight you expect, whether you can find information about the pharmacy they use, and how their cancellation policies work.
It’s also worth asking whether you would rather use an FDA-approved medicine. This would be using the injectable form of tirzepatide or an approved GLP-1 pill like Wegovy or Foundayo.
No matter which one you choose, tirzepatide needs a prescription and ongoing care from a licensed clinician. Be cautious of providers that promise approval or skip a real health review.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, as of October 2026, no oral or sublingual tirzepatide product is FDA-approved, and the only approved tirzepatide option is the injectable form. Two other GLP-1 pills are FDA-approved for weight management: the Wegovy pill (oral semaglutide) and Foundayo (orforglipron), but neither is tirzepatide.
It’s still unknown. We currently haven’t found any published clinical trials of compounded oral or sublingual tirzepatide. So, there’s no evidence yet on whether it works as well as the injection. Available research compares injectable tirzepatide with oral semaglutide, not with oral tirzepatide. Head-to-head studies of oral vs. injectable tirzepatide are still needed.
No, they are not the same. For the drops, you place them under the tongue, while the tablets dissolve under the tongue or in the mouth. Currently, none of the 5 providers analyzed offer a drop option.
It depends on the provider, dose, and plan length. Among the providers we reviewed with published pricing, oral tirzepatide ranged from about $267 to $399 per month, with the lowest rates on 3- or 6-month prepaid plans. Some providers advertise lower rates, as low as $147–149 per month, but we couldn’t confirm what those cover or what you’d pay after the first month or at higher doses. Always confirm the final charge before you pay.
You need a prescription from a licensed clinician. Lab work isn’t always required, but your clinician may order it based on your health history.
Yes, under Section 503A, which covers patient-specific compounding based on a valid prescription. Tirzepatide is not currently on the FDA’s 503B Bulk List or drug shortage list, and the FDA proposed on April 30, 2026, to keep it off the 503B list. As of October 2026, the FDA has not finalized that proposal. 503A pharmacies still can’t regularly make copies of commercially available drugs unless the prescriber documents a clinically significant difference for that patient.
Outsourcing facilities already can’t make tirzepatide from bulk ingredients, because it isn’t on the 503B Bulks List or the shortage list. A final decision would make that exclusion formal. It doesn’t directly change 503A patient-specific compounding.
Most require 2-5 days’ notice before your next renewal. And most treat dispensed prescription medications as final sale with no refund once they ship. Partially used prepaid plans are generally non-refundable, so you must read the specific cancellation window for any provider before committing to a multi-month plan.
