POLICY LAB TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction
Welcome to Policy Lab. These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Policy Lab website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Policy Lab is operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Policy Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Overview of the Services
Policy Lab is an informational platform that provides:

- Information about clinical research and clinical trial participation

Policy Lab does not conduct clinical trials, provide medical care, sponsor studies, or act as a healthcare provider.

3. No Medical Advice; No Provider-Patient Relationship
THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

- That you will be enrolled in any study

Eligibility for clinical trials is determined solely by study sponsors and investigators.
5. No Endorsement
References to specific treatments, medications, clinical trials, research organizations, healthcare providers, or third-party products do not constitute endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Information about treatments may include both approved therapies and investigational or emerging therapies. Users should independently verify the regulatory status of any treatment discussed.
6. Compensation and Listings
Policy Lab may receive compensation from research organizations, sponsors, or other partners in connection with certain listings or user referrals.
Such compensation does not influence editorial content unless explicitly disclosed. Compensation arrangements do not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, or treatment outcomes.
7. User Eligibility and Age Restrictions

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLICY LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE SERVICES.
If you use free services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Policy Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in San Diego, California.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and will become effective upon posting.
