The primary clinical objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a physician-modified, fenestrated and branched aortic endoprosthesis for the treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms (TAAAs). The goal of the primary analysis is to demonstrate both the safety and effectiveness of using a physician-modified fenestrated Cook Zenith Alpha Thoracic Endovascular Graft as compared to previously published results of open surgical replacement of the aneurysmal aorta.

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Gadopiclenol, an FDA-approved contrast agent, for visualizing pituitary lesions on MR images by comparing with the comparator, Gadobutrol, a clinically widely used contrast agent. The study is double-blinded, so neither the participants nor the researchers know which contrast agent is being used during each scan to avoid the bias of results.

Experiment 2: One Target in Many Situations

The goal is to look for qualitative differences in visual search behavior when one search is performed many times in a row compared to when multiple search tasks are intermixed. Four search tasks are tested. The target is the same in every task but the types of distractors change from task to task. In the Mixed condition, the four tasks are randomly changed from trial to trial. In the Blocked condition, each task is run as a block of 100 trials.

Given the increased number of HLA-mismatched haploidentical transplantation with post-transplant cyclophosphamide performed each year and the high risk of infectious complications associated with this type of transplant, the investigators suggest that GM-CSF administration post-infusion of T-replete haploidentical stem cells and post-transplant cyclophosphamide can yield similar count recovery rates to G-CSF with a potential of lowering risk of infectious complications.
