This phase II trial studies the side effects of radiation therapy followed by atezolizumab in treating patients with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more cancer cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The main purpose of this study is to: * Learn about the safety of REGN4018 and to find out what dose of REGN4018 can be given alone or with cemiplimab to patients with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus * The study will also look at the levels of REGN4018 and/or cemiplimab in your body and measure how well your body can remove the study drug(s). IIMGN151-1001 is a Phase 1, first in human, open-label dose-escalation, optimization, and expansion study designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of IMGN151 in adult participants with recurrent endometrial cancer; recurrent, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers; or recurrent cervical cancers. The study has 2 parts. The first part is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours with changes in the HER2 gene) for whom previous treatment was not successful. The second part is open to people with non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation in the HER2 gene. The purpose of the first study part is to find the highest dose of a medicine called zongertinib the participants can tolerate. Once this dose is found, it will be used in the second study part to test whether zongertinib can make tumours shrink. In this study, zongertinib is given to people for the first time. Participants take zongertinib as tablets once a day or twice a day. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. This phase II trial studies whether adding radium-223 dichloride to the usual treatment, cabozantinib, improves outcomes in patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone. Radioactive drugs such as radium-223 dichloride may directly target radiation to cancer cells and minimize harm to normal cells. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving radium-223 dichloride and cabozantinib may help lessen the pain and symptoms from renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone, compared to cabozantinib alone. Read Less

This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment of modified leucovorin, fluorouracil and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) chemotherapy to using binimetinib plus mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy to shrink tumors in patients with biliary tract cancers that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and had progression of cancer after previous treatments (2nd line setting). Fluorouracil is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Oxaliplatin is in a class of medications called platinum-containing antineoplastic agents. It works by killing tumor cells. Leucovorin may help the other drugs in the mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drugs. Binimetinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of tumor cells. Giving binimetinib in combination with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced biliary tract cancers in the 2nd line setting. Read Less
