CompassHER2-pCR: Decreasing Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer Patients After Pre-surgery Chemo and Targeted Therapy
Recruiting
This trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab work in eliminating further chemotherapy after surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage II-IIIa breast cancer who have no cancer remaining at surgery (either in the breast or underarm lymph nodes) after pre-operative chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or b... Read More

Study of REGN4018 Administered Alone or in Combination With Cemiplimab in Adult Patients With Recurrent Ovarian Cancer or Other Recurrent Mucin-16 Expressing (MUC16+) Cancers
Recruiting
The main purpose of this study is to: Learn about the safety of REGN4018 and to find out what dose of REGN4018 can be given alone or with cemiplimab to patients with ovarian cancer or cancer of the uterus The study will also look at the levels of REGN4018 and/or cemiplimab in your body and measure how well your body can remove the study drug(s). This is called pharmacokinetics The study will also look at any signs that REGN4018 alone or with cemiplimab can treat recurrent advanced ovarian cance... Read More

The DETECT Study: Discovery and Evaluation of Testing for Endometrial Cancer in Tampons
Recruiting
Background: Endometrial cancer is a common and deadly cancer for women. It is getting more common and deadly because risk factors like age and obesity are increasing. It is highly curable if it is identified early. But there may be no symptoms early or they may be missed. Also, this cancer is becoming more common and deadly for black women than white women. Researchers want to find better ways to take samples and test them for this cancer. They want to study this for a racially diverse populati... Read More
