Testing Olaparib for One or Two Years, With or Without Bevacizumab, to Treat Ovarian Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the format... Read More

A Study Assessing KB707 for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumor Malignancies Affecting the Lungs
Recruiting
The Sponsor is developing KB707, a replication-defective, non-integrating herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-derived vector that is designed to stimulate an anti-tumor immune response through the production of cytokines delivered to the airways of people with advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs via nebulization. This Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB707 in adults with with advanced... Read More

Cabozantinib and Dostarlimab in Recurrent Gynecologic Carcinosarcoma
Recruiting
Immunotherapy has gained a significant amount of attention recently, but its efficacy as a single agent in gynecological cancers has been disappointing. Pre-clinical evidence supports the combination of using Vascular Endothelial Growth Factors (VEGF) inhibitors with immunotherapy. VEGF inhibitors suppress the activation of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and VEGF has been shown to affect the functional maturation of dendritic cells; therefore, VEGF inhibitors could improve the function of a...
