This is a platform protocol designed to be flexible so that it is suitable for a range of interventions and settings within diverse health care systems and community settings with incorporation into clinical COVID-19 management programs and treatment plans if results achieve key study outcomes. This protocol is a prospective, multi-center, multi-arm, randomized, controlled platform trial evaluating interventions to address and improve exercise intolerance and post-exertional malaise (PEM) as manifestations of Post-Acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 Infection (PASC). Researchers are looking for other ways to prevent severe illness from COVID-19. COVID-19 is a virus that most often causes mild flu or cold-like symptoms. However, people with certain health conditions or other factors have a high risk (chance) of getting severely ill from COVID-19, which can require a hospital stay or lead to death. Some people who are high risk for severe illness may be unable to take certain treatments for COVID-19 because they are not available to them, or they take other medicines that may react with a treatment and cause an unwanted effect. Molnupiravir (MK-4482) is a study medicine designed to stop the COVID-19 virus from copying itself in the body (multiplying). Study VBT00002 is planned to be a Phase 1/2, randomized, modified double-blind, active-controlled, multi-center study to be conducted in approximately 980 adults aged 50 years and older in the United States. The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and immunogenicity of recombinant influenza vaccine (RIV) + adjuvanted recombinant COVID-19 vaccine (rC19) vaccine comprised of RIV combined with different recombinant Spike (rS) antigen levels of rC19 compared to RIV alone, rC19 (dose 1) alone, and RIV and rC19 (dose 1) (coadministered in opposite arms). Placebo will be coadministered in the RIV alone, rC19 (dose 1) alone, and RIV + rC19 study groups to control for the number of injections and to maintain observer blinding. Thus, each participant will receive two injections at enrollment, one in each deltoid muscle. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, pharmacokinetics (pharmacokinetics helps us understand how the drug is changed and eliminated from your body after you take it), and efficacy (how well a study treatment works in the study) of the study medicine (called nirmatrelvir/ritonavir) for potential treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This platform protocol is a prospective, multi-center, multi-arm, randomized controlled platform trial evaluating potential interventions for PASC-mediated sleep disturbances. The hypothesis is that symptoms of sleep and circadian disorders that emerge in patients with PASC can be improved by phenotype-targeted interventions. Specific sleep and circadian disorders addressed in this protocol include sleep-related daytime impairment (referred to as hypersomnia) and complex PASC-related sleep disturbance (reflecting symptoms of insomnia and sleep-wake rhythm disturbance). The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about how study medicine (Paxlovid, which contains nirmatrelvir and ritonavir) is changed and eliminated from the body, as well as its safety, and the extent to which side effects can be tolerated for treatment of pregnant women with mild or moderate COVID-19 compared to non-pregnant women with mild or moderate COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: * are expecting a healthy baby and are in their second or third trimester pregnancy and have mild or moderate COVID-19 * are not pregnant and have mild or moderate COVID-19. All participants in this study will take Paxlovid by mouth every 12 hours for 5 days. We will study the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help us decide if the study medicine is safe. All participants will take part in this study for at least 34 days; pregnant participants will take part until their delivery, so that the study duration may be up to 6 months, depending on their delivery date. During this time, participants will have 7to 8 visits and, if pregnant, a visit at delivery. Around 2 to 3 visits and the delivery visit will be done in person (at the clinic or at the participant's home). The other 5 visits may be done over the phone, unless in-person visit is necessary as decided by the doctor.
