The aim of this Phase 1b/2 study is to investigate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single dose of LS301-IT, a novel fluorescence imaging agent developed by Integro Theranostics (IT), administered by intravenous (IV) injection in female patients undergoing partial mastectomy for DCIS (whether or not undergoing planned SLNB) or Stage I-II primary invasive breast cancer undergoing SLNB. This phase II trial tests how well pertuzumab, trastuzumab, hyaluronidase-zzxf and enzalutamide works in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started to other places in the body (metastatic). Pertuzumab and trastuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to a receptor protein called human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2). HER2 is found on some cancer cells. When pertuzumab or trastuzumab attach to HER2, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase. It helps to keep pertuzumab and trastuzumab in the body longer, so that these medications will have a greater effect. Hyaluronidase also allows pertuzumab and trastuzumab to be given by injection under the skin and shortens their administration time compared to pertuzumab or trastuzumab alone. Chemotherapy drugs, such as enzalutamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. This clinical study is an open-label, Phase 1, dose-escalation study to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the drug product produced by Administering CRX100 alone and in combination with Pembrolizumab in advanced solid malignancies. Patients will be screened and evaluated to determine whether or not they meet stated inclusion criteria. Enrolled subjects will undergo leukapheresis to enable the ex vivo generation of CRX100. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), malignant melanoma (excluding uveal melanoma), gastric cancer, triple negative breast cancer, and osteosarcoma. This phase III trial compares less intense hormone therapy and radiation therapy to usual hormone therapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with high risk prostate cancer and low gene risk score. This trial also compares more intense hormone therapy and radiation therapy to usual hormone therapy and radiation therapy in patients with high risk prostate cancer and high gene risk score. Apalutamide may help fight prostate cancer by blocking the use of androgen by the tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high energy rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving a shorter hormone therapy treatment may work the same at controlling prostate cancer compared to the usual 24 month hormone therapy treatment in patients with low gene risk score. Adding apalutamide to the usual treatment may increase the length of time without prostate cancer spreading as compared to the usual treatment in patients with high gene risk score. Read Less

This phase III trial tests the side effects of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) compared to hypofractionated radiotherapy for treating patients with prostate adenocarcinoma that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to a limited number of sites (oligometastatic). SBRT is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position a patient and precisely deliver radiation to tumors in the body (except the brain). The total dose of radiation is divided into smaller doses given over several days. This type of radiation therapy helps spare normal tissue. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumors cells and have fewer side effects. SBRT may work just as well as hypofractionated radiation therapy at treating patients with biochemically recurrent or oligometastatic prostate cancer, but with a shorter treatment time and possibly fewer side effects. This Phase 1, multi-center, open-label, first-in-human study evaluates multiple ascending daily oral doses of STC-15 in Q3W treatment cycles in a 3+3 cohort design with dose levels determined by a modified Fibonacci algorithm. The study is designed to systematically assess safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical activity of STC-15 in adult subjects with advanced malignancies. Dose levels for further evaluation in expansion cohorts will be selected based on all available PK, pharmacodynamic, target engagement, efficacy, safety, and tolerability data including long-term safety data beyond dose limiting toxicities (DLTs). The study may be amended to evaluate STC-15 in combination with a Food and Drug Administration-approved standard of care treatment regimen, which could encompass targeted/chemotherapy, radiation therapy and/or immunotherapy with immune checkpoint blockers. This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less
