The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient-reported preference for urine based molecular testing (CxBladder Monitor) compared to cystoscopy for patients on surveillance for Nonmuscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). Urine based molecular testing involves noninvasive testing of a urine sample for biomarkers associated with disease recurrence. This phase II trial tests how well abiraterone acetate/niraparib (CJNJ-67652000 [niraparib/abiraterone acetate fixed-dose combination]) and prednisone works in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and who have a mutation in the SPOP gene. CJNJ-67652000 (niraparib/abiraterone acetate fixed-dose combination) is a drug which stops certain cancer cells from being able to repair themselves from damage, leading to the death of the cancer cell. Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Giving CJNJ-67652000 and prednisone may kill more tumor cells in patients with metastatic prostate cancer than giving these drugs alone. Read Less

This phase II trial tests whether an exercise intervention works to improve cognitive function in breast cancer survivors. Many breast cancer survivors report cancer-related cognitive impairment, which this has recently become a priority in clinical research due to its dramatic impact on daily functioning, quality of life, and long-term health. Aerobic exercise has the potential to improve cognitive function and brain health in older adults and is recommended as a safe, tolerable, and accessible complementary therapy for breast cancer survivors. This study aims to understand the effects of physical activity compared with health education on memory, attention, and brain health in women with breast cancer. Study findings may help researchers design more programs that can improve memory, attention, and brain health in other women with breast cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects of three study medicines (encorafenib, cetuximab, and pembrolizumab) given together for the treatment of colorectal cancer that: is metastatic (spread to other parts of the body); has the condition of genetic hypermutability (tendency to mutation) or impaired DNA mismatch repair (MMR) has a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and; has not received prior treatment. All participants in this study will receive pembrolizumab at the study clinic as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein) at the study clinic. In addition, half of the participants will take encorafenib by mouth at home every day and cetuximab by IV infusion at the study clinic. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. TScan Therapeutics is developing cellular therapies across multiple solid tumors in which autologous participant-derived T cells are engineered to express a T cell receptor that recognizes cancer-associated antigens presented on specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules. The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing.
