The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug WTX-330 when administered using a fixed dose regimen or a step-up dose regimen in adult patients with selected advanced or metastatic solid tumors or lymphoma. In addition to safety and tolerability, the study aims to: * determine the maximum initial dose of WTX-330 that may be used in the step-up dose regimen * determine whether the step-up dose regimen can increase WTX-330 exposure in patients due to improved tolerability * determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of WTX-330 and/or recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for each regimen * evaluate the antitumor activity of WTX-330 * characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of WTX-330 * characterize the interferon gamma (IFNγ) profile after treatment with WTX-330 * evaluate changes in immunological biomarkers * determine the impact of WTX-330 on overall survival (OS) Study participants will participate in a dose- and regimen-finding phase (Part 1) followed by a dose expansion phase (Part 2) where they will be assigned to one of three arms (A, B and C). This is a Phase 1b study consisting of 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) of CC-220 or CC-99282 added to the standard R-CHOP-21 regimen for first-line treatment of a-BCL. The dose escalation (Part 1) will consist of 2 parallel arms in combination with Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone (R-CHOP-21); CC-220 and R-CHOP-21 or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21. Part 1 will be followed by a randomized dose expansion (Part 2) with CC-220 and/or CC-99282 at the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) in combination with R-CHOP-21. A polatuzumab-R-CHP regimen in combination with CC-220 or CC-99282 will be explored with the addition of a new cohort only after the RP2D for the CC-220 and/or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21 combination has been defined. This clinical trial studies the effect of short-term (acute) and long-term (chronic) exercise on immune characteristics and function (phenotype) of patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Most newly-diagnosed CLL patients have early-stage disease at the time of diagnosis and do not require treatment. Despite not needing therapy, these patients have significant immune dysfunction. This may lead to an increased risk of serious infections requiring hospitalization and an increased risk of secondary non-blood-based (hematologic) cancers. Increasing CLL patients overall physical fitness levels, through exercise during the observation stage, may provide a realistic approach means to increase survival, decrease treatment-related side effects, and improve immune function. Information learned from this study may help researchers determine whether a particular exercise regimen can be used to strengthen the immune system of indolent NHL and CLL patients, delay time to disease progression, assess the need for treatment, and assess infection rates. This phase II trial studies the effect of extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) and mogamulizumab in treating patients with erythrodermic cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), a type of skin lymphoma. CTCL is a rare type of cancer that begins in the white blood cells called T cells. Erythrodermic is a widespread red rash that may cover most of the body. ECP is a medical treatment that removes blood with a machine, isolates white blood cells and exposes them to ultra violet light, then returns the cells to the body. Mogamulizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving mogamulizumab with ECP may work together to kill the tumor cells directly (with mogamulizumab) and boost immune response to cancer (with ECP). Read Less

This phase II trial compares the safety, side effects and effectiveness of reduced dose radiation therapy to standard of care dose radiation in treating patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Standard of care radiation treatment for indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma is usually delivered in 12 treatments. Studies have shown indolent lymphoma to be sensitive to radiation treatment, however, larger doses have higher rates of toxicities. A reduced radiation dose may be safe, tolerable and/or effective compared to standard of care radiation dose in treating patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Read Less

This phase II trial tests the effectiveness of golcadomide and rituximab as bridging treatment before chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy in patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Patients that are able to receive CAR T-cell therapy have a potential for cure, however, many will not be qualified to receive therapy due to relapse. Bridging therapy is therapy intended to transition a patient from one therapy or medication to another or maintain their health or status until they are a candidate for a therapy or have decided on a therapy. Golcadomide may help block the formation, growth or spread of cancer cells. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Giving golcadomide and rituximab as bridging therapy before CAR T-cell therapy may kill more tumor cells and may improve the chance of proceeding to CAR T-cell therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
