Intravesical immunotherapy or chemotherapy for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is a well-established treatment for preventing or delaying tumor recurrence after tumor resection. For high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, immunotherapy in the form of intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) can be effective as first-line; nevertheless, the response rate to BCG is suboptimal with many patients failing treatment. Following BCG-failure, however, very few effective therapeutic options exist besides life-changing cystectomy. Recent shortages of BCG have pushed the use of alternative intravesical therapies for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. At the University of Arizona Cancer Center, the use of intravesical Gemcitabine + Docetaxel (Gem/Doce) is considered as standard treatment for patients with non-invasive bladder cancer who are unable to get BCG or are BCG-resistant. The role of Gemcitabine as first-line treatment for NMIBC is poorly understood. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of B07, administered daily by subcutaneous (SC) injection, in up to 100 patients with newly diagnosed metastatic colorectal cancer. This study will evaluate different doses of B07 on weight, body composition and BMI in patients with sub-optimal BMIs (18 to ≤ 29 kg/m2). Treatment will begin on the same day as the start of cancer chemotherapy and continue during the first 28 days of cytotoxic therapy with a goal of preserving muscle and fat mass, relative to placebo control. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how your body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness (ability to treat your cancer) of REGN5678 alone, or in combination with cemiplimab. The study has 2 parts. The goal of Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5678 when it is given alone or in combination with cemiplimab. Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting.
