This two-year study will evaluate the feasibility and safety of an exercise + cognitive training program to improve neurological symptoms of long-COVID. This is a two-phased trial: 1) an exercise phase and 2) a cognitive training phase. The exercise phase will be an aquatic based exercise program. A combination exercise + memory training programs designed for persons with cognitive impairment have significantly improved memory more than other single intervention groups (exercise only, cognitive training only) and given the success of combination training programs with healthy adults, it is important to adapt these programs for persons with neurological symptoms of long-COVID. This trial is designed to assess immunological biomarkers measured from blood samples that can be used to reliably predict how well vaccines work against symptomatic COVID-19 as well as to evaluate the feasibility of remote, self-collected specimens when conducting a correlates analysis. For a lot of research studies, people need to go to the study doctor's office regularly. For this study, we want to see if it is okay that people do the study doctor visits virtually, fill out questionnaires electronically, and collect their own samples remotely. Participants will enroll in the study after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine in their community, and saliva and blood specimens will be collected at pre-defined timepoints over a 12-month period. Additionally, participants will report weekly whether they experience symptoms of COVID-19, and if so, will be prompted to collect a nasal swab for testing. Most participants will complete all activities remotely and via electronic communications, but a small number will complete activities in person at the doctor's office to provide a comparison group. Samples from the study will be analyzed to determine whether the biomarkers can be measured, and data from the study will be used to evaluate the feasibility of doing the specimen and data collection without the participant going to the doctor's office in person. The investigators are studying the pathophysiologic links between obesity, insulin resistance (IR), adipose tissue infection, and post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC). This study looks at whether adipose (fat) tissue contributes to PASC by driving chronic inflammation or by serving as a reservoir for SARS-CoV-2 persistence. The results will not only determine whether obesity and IR are risk factors for PASC, but will also define fundamental biology that sets the stage for the investigation of novel or existing therapies that target the causal pathways identified. Throughout the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, rates of COVID-19 have been persistently high in San Diego County's central and southern communities near the United States/Mexico border. These regions predominantly house Latino residents, the ethnic minority community most impacted by COVID-19 in San Diego. In the Phase I project, University of California, San Diego (UCSD) partnered with San Ysidro Health (SYH) and the Global Action Research Center, to co-create and demonstrate the impact of a COVID-19 testing program in San Ysidro, one of the most impacted areas from COVID-19 in San Diego County. To date, the project tested \>10,000 community members (92% Latino) and received requests to scale-out the testing program to additional primary care clinic sites. In this Phase III project, Community-engaged Optimization of COVID-19 Rapid Evaluation And TEsting Experiences (CO-CREATE-Ex) will extend work with the Phase I community and clinical partners to refine, specify, implement, and evaluate an implementation strategy bundle that optimizes COVID-19 testing, expanding beyond current polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing to FDA-authorized COVID-19 rapid antigen testing. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, extent of the side effects, and immune responses of the study vaccine (called variant-adapted BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine) in healthy children. The trial is divided into 5 individual studies or substudies based on age group and prior history of COVID-19 vaccinations. All participants in each of the 5 sub-studies will receive study vaccine as a shot depending on what group they are in. * Substudy A design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 4 years 3 months of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naïve) and will receive 3 doses of study vaccine as their initial series, followed by a fourth dose of study vaccine. Phase 2/3 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive 1, 2, or 3 doses of study vaccine, depending on what group they are in. * Substudy B design: includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have either received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy C design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have received 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their fourth dose. * Substudy D design: includes participants 5 through less than12 years of age who have received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy E design: includes participants 2 through less than 12 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive a single dose of study vaccine. LIINC is a study of volunteers who were previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 (also known as novel coronavirus or COVID-19) who have recovered from acute infection. The study is designed to provide a specimen bank of samples with carefully characterized clinical data. LIINC specimens will be used to examine multiple questions involving the virologic, immunologic, and host factors involved in COVID-19, with a focus on understanding variability in the long-term immune response between individuals.
