Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) inhibitor (budigalimab) to adult participants to treat NSCLC. ABBV-400 and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of ABBV-400 in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 4 treatment groups. Two groups will receive budigalimab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed. One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 172 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab or receive IV budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed, or IV SOC pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing chronic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Chronic migraine is defined as having at least 15 days of headache a month with at least 8 of those days being migraine headache days. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated/activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: 1. A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. 2. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or dose "B" of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. 3. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the comparability of ianalumab exposure following the sub-cutaneous (s.c.) administration of one injection of 300 mg/2 mL auto-injector (AI) versus two injections of 150 mg/1 mL pre-filled syringe (PFS), and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ianalumab following the s.c. administration of both devices in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sjögren's disease (SjD), or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the PDS with Ranibizumab in participants with DME when treated every 24 weeks (Q24W) compared with intravitreal ranibizumab 0.5 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W). The substudy will evaluate safety of re-implanting the updated PDS with ranibizumab and the refill-exchange procedures following re-implantation in participants with DME who were previously enrolled in the main Study, GR40550. This study is researching experimental (study) drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran. The study is focused on participants who have Geographic Atrophy (GA) caused by Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). Geographic atrophy is a medical term that refers to later-stage cases of AMD which is an eye condition affecting central vision (what one sees straight ahead). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the progression rate of Geographic Atrophy in eyes of patients treated with cemdisiran alone or in combination with pozelimab compared to those treated with placebo. The purpose of this study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan as a single agent, and in combination with pembrolizumab, versus Treatment of Physician's Choice (TPC) in participants with hormone receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative (HR+/HER2-) unresectable locally advanced, or metastatic, breast cancer. The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan as a single agent and sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab are superior to TPC with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR) in all participants. This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered.
