Participants include men and women ≥ 40 years of age with T2DM, established CV disease, a history of HTN with an SBP of at least 130 mmHg at screening, who meet the predefined serum potassium level, and with at least one additional risk factor for HF. The study will include an optional pre-screening period to facilitate sites' identification of potentially eligible participants to enter the full screening assessments. Participants will not be required to visit the site and no informed consent is required for the optional pre-screening period. The pre-screening assessments do not replace the full screening tests at Visit 1. Upon entering the screening period, all consented participants (after signature of screening ICF) will be screened during an up to 14-day screening period. Participants who meet all screening inclusion/exclusion criteria but are not treated with SGLT2i or are treated for less than 4 weeks will enter a run-in period with dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily for at least 4 weeks (and not more than 6 weeks) before randomisation. Site visits will take place at approximately 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, and 34-weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months. The study closure procedures will be initiated when the predetermined number of the first secondary endpoint events (ie, the composite of hospitalisation for HF or CV death) is predicted to have occurred i.e., the PACD. In case of premature discontinuation of the blinded study intervention, participants will remain in the study. Unless a participant meets the dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, they will continue to receive open label dapagliflozin 10 mg. Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that happens when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling. Symptoms can get worse and go away for periods of time. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies through a series of substudies, for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis and to assess the changes in disease symptoms. The therapies being assessed in this sub-study are risankizumab and lutikizumab. Participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of the three treatment arms: lutikizumab monotherapy, risankizumab monotherapy or a combination therapy of lutikizumab and risankizumab. Around 120 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 40 sites worldwide. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of the study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the treatment of alopecia areata. Alopecia areata is a disease that causes hair loss on the scalp, face, and areas of the body. Ritlecitinib is approved in many countries at a dose of 50 mg (milligram) taken by mouth once a day for the treatment of patients 12 years and older with severe alopecia areata. This study will look at both the 50 mg dose and a 100 mg dose. This study is seeking participants who: * Are 12 years of age or older * Have a diagnosis of alopecia areata * Have lost 50% or more of the hair on their scalp * Do not have any other conditions that causes hair loss * Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for alopecia areata About 550 participants will take part in in this study. Participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat, to receive 1 of 2 different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) taken by mouth once daily. The 2 doses of ritlecitinib in this study will be compared to each other and also to data from previous studies. This will help to see if the 100 mg dose of ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People will be in this study for about 13 months. During the study, participants will need to visit the study site up to 9 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: * alopecia areata assessment, * physical examinations, * hearing tests, * blood tests, * x-ray, * ECG (electrocardiogram), * photographs of the scalp and eyes. This clinical trial compares minimal residual disease (MRD) testing with the Haystack blood test (assay) to the Signatera® assay for the early detection of the cancer returning (cancer recurrence) in patients with stage II-IV colorectal cancer (CRC) that can be removed by surgery (resectable). MRD testing looks for evidence of remaining tumor following treatment that is only apparent using highly sensitive techniques. There are few effective tools available outside of imaging to identify CRC patients with MRD who may be at the highest risk for cancer recurrence after surgery. Early detection of CRC recurrence after surgery is important, as it may increase the chance of curative (ability to cure) outcomes for patients with cancer recurrence. Currently, the Signatera assay is used to monitor whether CRC recurs after surgery, however it is not a very sensitive test. Early work with the Haystack assay suggests it may be more sensitive than the Signatera assay, which may be more effective for the early detection of cancer recurrence in patients with resectable stage II-IV CRC. This study is open to people 50 years or older with an eye condition called geographic atrophy. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 771716 with a medicine called pegcetacoplan. BI 771716 is being developed to treat people with geographic atrophy. Pegcetacoplan is a medicine already used to treat people with geographic atrophy. In this study, participants receive either BI 771716 or pegcetacoplan as injections in the eye. Participants are in the study for a little longer than a year and visit the study site every 4 weeks. At the visits, the study doctor checks the eyes of the participants. The results are compared between the groups of participants to see whether the treatment works. The study doctor also regularly checks participants' health and takes note of any unwanted effects. This is an interventional, randomized, parallel group, treatment, Phase 3b/4, double blind, 2-arm study to assess the effect of dupilumab compared to standard of care therapy on preventing or slowing the rate of lung function decline in adult patients with uncontrolled moderate to severe asthma.
