In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits. The goal of this study is to see if directing insulin to the liver will improve the low blood sugar that sometimes happens when injecting insulin in Type 1 diabetes patients. Participants will use continuous glucose monitoring to measure the sugar levels in their blood, and work with the doctor to find the best doses. One group of patients will get the liver targeting insulin, and the other group will use insulin they normally use for treating Type 1 diabetes. This study is to evaluate how safe and effective ritlecitinib is in participants with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV). Ritlecitinib is studied in patients with non-segmental vitiligo. Vitiligo is a chronic acquired depigmentation disorder characterized by well-defined pale white patches of skin. Non-segmental vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder and is the focus of this study. The study will show: * if the repigmentation (the recovery of pigmentation) achieved in study B7981040 (also called the "parent study") will stay the same or will further increase if you keep receiving the same study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or placebo) * Or if more repigmentation can be achieved if you start receiving ritlecitinib 100 milligrams in this study * Or how long the repigmentation achieved during the parent study lasts if you start receiving placebo in this study. This study is seeking for participants who: * have non-segmental vitiligo (either active or stable) and * received ritlecitinib or placebo for 52 weeks in the parent study. A placebo looks exactly like the study capsule but does not contain any medicine in it. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine or placebo. The study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or 100 milligrams) or placebo are capsules that are taken by mouth at home every day. At week 4 (or if it cannot be done then, at week 8) study visit, you must take the medication at the study site, and not at home. Participants may receive the study medicine or placebo for up to 52 weeks. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help see if ritlecitinib is better for treating vitiligo. Participants will be involved in this study for a maximum of 60 weeks. During this time, they will have 9 study visits during the study. Ritlecitinib 50 mg is an approved drug for the treatment of severe Alopecia Areata (a disease with similar abnormal changes in the body functions like vitiligo) in the US, EU and Japan. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. Substudy B: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 1 year: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in Argentina. This clinical trial evaluates the impact of telehealth self-management coaching sessions on quality of life in pancreatic cancer survivors and their family care givers (FCGs). Patients with pancreatic cancer experience many symptoms because of the disease and treatment, which can have a negative impact on quality of life. Patients and their families have unmet needs during treatment, including a lack of quality of life programs that offer support to patients. Supporting patients and families on managing the physical symptoms, emotional well-being, social well-being and spiritual well-being with telehealth self-management coaching sessions may help improve quality of life, manage symptoms from treatment, and support families in their role as caregivers during treatment. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding surgery to a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination versus a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, and avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Surgery to remove the kidney, called a nephrectomy, is also considered standard of care; however, doctors who treat kidney cancer do not agree on its benefits. It is not yet known if the addition of surgery to an immunotherapy-based drug combination works better than an immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer.
