This is a randomized control trial testing the effect of walnut supplementation on prostate cancer progression in 50 men with biopsy confirmed prostate cancer and planning to undergo RP. Patients consented to the study will be randomly assigned to either continue their usual diets (control arm) or to the walnut arm for 4-10 weeks depending on the window between their consent date and the date for RP. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 320 adult participants with R/R DLBCL will be enrolled in approximately 165 sites across the world. Participants in arm A will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of epcoritamab plus oral lenalidomide capsules (E-Len) for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Participants "in arm B will receive intrav... (IV) infused R-GemOx for up to 4 cycles (each cycle is 28 days) There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to examine the combination of osimertinib and carotuximab to assess the safety and find the recommended dose for treatment of advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Safety and tolerability will be measured by the number of dose-limiting toxicities, according to National Cancer Institute Common Toxicity Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAE) Version 5, to find the maximum tolerated dose. The secondary objectives include evaluating the rate of objective response rate, duration of response, progression-free survival, and disease control rate, along with assessing biomarkers through tumor tissue and circulating tumor DNA. In this project, the investigator will test the effect of augmenting an evidence based joint attention intervention (JASPER) with a motor-sound system intervention (PROMPT) compared to JASPER only on speech and language outcomes. The investigator will model change over a year to determine the percentage of children who cross the hurdle from single words to word combinations by Kindergarten. The proposed research will foster the understanding of the mechanisms underlying speech heterogeneity in ASD, thereby ultimately contributing to the development of more personalized, efficacious interventions. Upon qualification to the study (after entry assessments), the child will be randomized to receive JASPER alone (play-based intervention) or JASPER plus PROMPT (both play-based and speech-based interventions). The active intervention will last for 12 weeks, 60 minute sessions twice a week. There are assessments scheduled at entry (6.5 hours), end of study (exit-2.5 hours), 3 month follow up (2 hours), and when the child turns 6 years of age (2 hours). This is a multi-center, open-label, first-in-human Phase 1 study evaluating the anti-programmed death receptor 1 (anti-PD-1) antibody dostarlimab (also known as TSR-042) n participants with advanced solid tumors who have limited available treatment options. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of safety evaluation, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PDy) of escalating doses of dostarlimab. Dose escalation will be based on ascending weight-based dose levels (DLs) of dostarlimab and will continue until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is reached or may be stopped at any dose level up to the highest dose of 20 milligrams per kilograms (mg/kg) based on emerging safety and PK/PDy data. Part 2 will be conducted in two subparts, Part 2A (fixed-dose safety evaluation cohorts) and Part 2B (expansion cohorts). Part 2A of the study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of dostarlimab at fixed doses of 500 mg administered every 3 weeks (Q3W) and 1000 mg administered every 6 weeks (Q6W). This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, international, Phase 3 study in patients with newly diagnosed H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma to assess whether treatment with ONC201 following frontline radiotherapy will extend overall survival and progression-free survival in this population. This phase II trial studies the effect of a plant-based oral nutrition supplement, Kate Farms Standard 1.4 and/or Standard 1.0. as a primary source of nutrition in reducing the gastrostomy tube placement rate in patients with head and neck cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) and who are undergoing chemoradiation therapy. Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) placement can be used for enteral feedings and may lead to long term side effects such as swallowing dysfunction and lead to higher rates of permanent G-tube dependence. The Kate Farms pea protein oral nutrition supplement is formulated with organic, planted-based protein for easier digestibility without artificial sweeteners or additives and without common allergens such as dairy, soy, gluten or corn. It is nutritionally complete, calorie and protein dense and available in multiple flavors that can be consumed directly or as a base for other recipes. In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC). This is a group of study research centers that help provide clinical care for people with FA. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA who are being prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. The main question researchers want to answer in this study is: How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants must start treatment with BIIB141 within 6 months. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. Most participants will visit their study research center at least once a year. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years.
