In this study, researchers will learn more about the use of felzartamab in participants with immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN). This study will focus on participants who have protein in their urine (proteinuria) as a result of damaged kidneys. The main goal of the study is to learn about the effect felzartamab has on proteinuria. The main question that researchers want to answer is: • How much does the amount of protein in the urine change from the start of the study to Week 36? Researchers will learn about the effect felzartamab has on the kidneys' ability to filter blood. They will also learn more about the safety of felzartamab and how it is processed by the body. The study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * Participants will be randomized to receive either felzartamab or a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know what the participants will receive. * Participants will receive felzartamab or placebo as intravenous (IV) infusions. The treatment period will last 24 weeks. * Afterwards, participants will enter a follow-up period which will last 80 weeks. * In total, participants will have 17 study visits. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive ibuzatrelvir or matching placebo orally for 5 days. Co-administration of locally available standard of care is allowed. Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) inhibitor (budigalimab) to adult participants to treat NSCLC. ABBV-400 and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of ABBV-400 in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 4 treatment groups. Two groups will receive budigalimab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed. One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 172 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab or receive IV budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed, or IV SOC pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Researchers are looking for other ways to prevent severe illness from COVID-19. COVID-19 is a virus that most often causes mild flu or cold-like symptoms. However, people with certain health conditions or other factors have a high risk (chance) of getting severely ill from COVID-19, which can require a hospital stay or lead to death. Some people who are high risk for severe illness may be unable to take certain treatments for COVID-19 because they are not available to them, or they take other medicines that may react with a treatment and cause an unwanted effect. Molnupiravir (MK-4482) is a study medicine designed to stop the COVID-19 virus from copying itself in the body (multiplying). This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 \[COAST-1\], EFC17560 \[COAST 2\], EFC17561 \[SHORE\]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal. This study examines a patient population with a non-healing, non-infected venous leg ulcer (VLU) having adequate arterial perfusion with confirmed venous reflux. It is hypothesized that weekly applications of the human placental allograft BioREtain® Amnion Chorion (BR-AC) applied to a non-healing VLU will result in a higher proportion of wounds showing complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy, compared to standard care alone. This study has a crossover period, where subjects on standard care alone who do not achieve complete healing within 12 weeks of initiating therapy will be allowed to crossover to receive BR-AC over 12 additional weeks, to evaluate if their wound can achieve complete healing.
