A migraine is a moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. A number of treatments are available for adults with migraine but there are limited approved treatments available for pediatric participants. The main goal of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (how well treatment works) of a low-dose and high-dose of atogepant in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved to treat adults with migraine (0 to 14 migraine days per month) and is being studied in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17 with a history of episodic migraine. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of atogepant in participants with a history of episodic migraine with an open-label pharmacokinetic substudy. Eligible participants will be randomized into 6 different groups. Participants between the ages of 12 and 17 will be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. Participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will also be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. The specific atogepant doses to be used in participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will be determined after the PK substudy is complete. Around 450 participants will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites worldwide. Placebo, low-dose atogepant, and high-dose atogepant are given as a tablet to take by mouth once a day. At the end of Week 12, participants will either undergo a follow-up visit 4 weeks after last study treatment or join an extension study where they can continue to receive atogepant for another 52 weeks. There may be a bigger responsibility for participants in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of this study is to learn about how well the 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (20vPnC) works against radiologically-confirmed community-acquired pneumonia (RAD+CAP) due to the 7 new serotypes (types of a bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae that cause pneumonia) included in 20vPnC vaccine. This study is seeking participants who: * are male or female ≥65 years of age. * are hospitalized with physician suspicion of community acquired pneumonia (CAP). * have pneumonia confirmed with imaging like a chest x-ray Participants will be asked to provide demographic and medical history information, and to provide a urine sample that will be used to test for pneumonia caused by specific strains of a bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae. We will compare the proportion of participants who have pneumonia caused by specific strains of the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae and were previously vaccinated with 20vPnC with the proportion of participants who have pneumonia caused by something other than vaccine type Streptococcus pneumoniae and have been vaccinated with 20vPnC. Participants will actively take part in the study for about 1-2 days. This phase III trial compares standard therapy given after surgery (adjuvant) to standard therapy given before and after surgery (perioperative) in treating patients with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed by surgery (resectable). The usual approach for patients with resectable NSCLC is chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy before surgery, after surgery, or both before and after surgery. This study is being done to find out which approach is better at treating patients with lung cancer. Treatment will be administered according to the current standard of care at the time of enrollment. Chemotherapy options may include cisplatin, carboplatin, pemetrexed, gemcitabine, docetaxel, and vinorelbine at standard doses according to the treating physician. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by stopping cells from using folic acid to make deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making DNA and may kill tumor cells. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Other chemotherapy drugs, such as vinorelbine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading . Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, pembrolizumab, and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Starting treatment with chemotherapy and immunotherapy prior to surgery and continuing treatment after surgery may be a more effective treatment option than adjuvant therapy alone in patients with stage II-IIIB resectable NSCLC. The phase III trial compares the effect of pembrolizumab to observation for the treatment of patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation will result in the same risk of cancer coming back as pembrolizumab after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieve pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy with pembrolizumab. This phase II trial studies how well vismodegib, focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitor GSK2256098, and capivasertib work in treating patients with meningioma that is growing, spreading, or getting worse (progressive). This phase III trial compares the effect of low dose tamoxifen to usual hormonal therapy, including aromatase inhibitors, in treating post-menopausal women with hormone positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Tamoxifen is in a class of medications known as antiestrogens. It blocks the activity of estrogen (a female hormone) in the breast. This may stop the growth of some breast tumors that need estrogen to grow. Aromatase inhibitors, such as anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane, prevent the formation of estradiol, a female hormone, by interfering with an aromatase enzyme. Aromatase inhibitors are used as a type of hormone therapy to treat postmenopausal women with hormone-dependent breast cancer. Giving low dose tamoxifen may be more effective compared to usual hormone therapy in treating post-menopausal women with hormone-positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Read Less

This phase III trial compares perioperative chemotherapy (given before and after surgery) versus adjuvant chemotherapy (given after surgery) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery (removable/resectable). Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before and after surgery (perioperatively) may work better in treating patients with pancreatic cancer compared to giving chemotherapy after surgery (adjuvantly). Read Less

This phase III trial compares an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence). Medication adherence is how well patients take the medication as prescribed by their doctors, and good medical adherence is when patients take medications correctly. Poor medication adherence has been shown to be a serious barrier to effective treatment for hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients. Adding text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling to usual care may increase the number of days that patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ABX-002 added to an existing antidepressant treatment will benefit depression symptoms in adults with moderate to severe major depressive disorder who have had an inadequate response to their antidepressant.
