Open-Label, Dose-Escalation With Expansion to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, and PK of TRE-515 in Subjects With Solid Tumors
Recruiting
TRE-515 is a first-in-class small molecule inhibitor of deoxycytidine kinase (dCK) that is being developed for oral administration in patients with solid tumors. In cancer cells, rapid and upregulated DNA replication creates high replication stress, as such, cancer cells are more susceptible than normal cells to perturbations in nucleotide metabolism by DNA-targeting treatments such as TRE-515.
The Primary objective is too determine the safety and maximum tolerability of TRE-515 when administer... Read More

A Study of SGN-EGFRd2 in Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This study will test the safety of a drug called SGN-EGFRd2 in participants with advanced solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease.
Participants will have cancer that cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic).
This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much SGN-EGFRd2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the dos... Read More

Additional Support Program Via Text Messaging and Telephone-Based Counseling for Breast Cancer Patients Receiving Hormonal Therapy
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence). Medication adherence is how well patients take the medication as prescribed by their doctors, and good medical adherence is when patients take medications correctly. Poor medication adherence has been shown to be a serious barrier to effective treat... Read More

T-DM1 and Tucatinib Compared With T-DM1 Alone in Preventing Relapses in People With High Risk HER2-Positive Breast Cancer, the CompassHER2 RD Trial
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) and tucatinib work in preventing breast cancer from coming back (relapsing) in patients with high risk, HER2 positive breast cancer. T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called DM1. Trastuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors, and delivers DM1 to kill them. Tucatinib may stop t... Read More

A Trial to See if the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab Works Better Than Pembrolizumab for Preventing or Delaying Melanoma From Coming Back After it Has Been Removed With Surgery
Recruiting
This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab.
The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at hi... Read More
