The purpose of this study is to assess if adding LY3537982 in combination with standard of care anti-cancer drugs is more effective than standard of care in participants with untreated advanced NSCLC. This study is open to adults aged 18 and over who have just had a heart attack. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 765845 helps people who have had a heart attack. The investigators also want to test how well different doses of BI 765845 work and how they are tolerated by people who have had a heart attack. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either BI 765845 or placebo. Placebo treatments look like BI 765845 treatments but do not contain any medicine. Participants are about 3 times as likely to receive BI 765845 than placebo. Participants are in the study for 3 months. During this time, they visit the study site 7 times and get 3 phone calls from the site staff. At the visits, the doctors use clinical tests to check the health of the heart. The results are compared between the BI 765845 and placebo groups to see whether the treatment works. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. This is a Phase 2/3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of DM199 (rinvecalinase alfa) in treating participants with moderate stroke severity, who present within 24 hours of Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) onset due to small and medium vessel occlusions. This study focuses on participants with limited treatment options. Participants who have or will receive mechanical thrombectomy (MT) are not eligible for participation. Additionally, participants who have received fibrinolytics are excluded unless they experience a persistent neurological deficit of moderate severity six or more hours after fibrinolytic treatment. Participants considered for this trial should not be denied the use of standard of care (SoC) AIS therapies, such as fibrinolytics or MT, when appropriate. The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. This phase III trial compares the addition of an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to usual chemotherapy versus usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with MammaPrint High 2 Risk (MP2) stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There is some evidence from previous clinical trials that people who have a MammaPrint High 2 Risk result may be more likely to respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Adding durvalumab to usual chemotherapy may be able to prevent the cancer from returning for patients with MP2 stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Read Less

This study will evaluate if relapsing-remitting MS patients that have not had a relapse in the past year would benefit from a switch to ofatumumab versus staying on their continued current therapy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the abilities of Cystatin C (CysC) and CysC-based estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) equations to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) profiles of meropenem and cefepime relative to Serum Creatinine (SCR), Serum Creatinine based Equation (SCRE)and iohexol at the population and individual levels in critically ill adult patients with suspected or documented AMR Gram-negative infections. We hypothesize that CysC and CysC-based eGFR equations will characterize the PK profiles of meropenem and cefepime at the population and individual levels with greater accuracy and precision than SCR and SCREs. Iohexol will be administered to patients enrolled in the study and serve as the reference indicator of measured Glomerular Filtration Rate (mGFR), which is the gold standard assessment of kidney function. We hypothesize that the predictive performances of CysC and CysC-based eGFR equations in estimating the PK profiles of meropenem and cefepime at the population and individual levels will be comparable to iohexol. The information obtained in this study will be used to develop PK/pharmacodynamics (PD) optimized meropenem and cefepime dosing schemes based on the renal function biomarker population PK (PopPK) model with the best predictive performance for clinical use in the treatment of critically ill adult patients with suspected or documented AMR Gram-negative infections and varying degrees of renal function. This is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, Phase 3 study for treatment of participants aged 12 years and older diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The main objective of this study is to evaluate if those participants who received amlitelimab dose 1 in the parent studies (EFC17559 \[COAST-1\], EFC17560 \[COAST 2\], EFC17561 \[SHORE\]) and were responders can maintain their response either remaining at dose 1 or switching to dose 2 of amlitelimab compared to treatment withdrawal.
