This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study. Read Less

This study is researching an investigational drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". 'Investigational' means that the study drug is not approved for use outside of this study by any Health Authority. Examples of chemotherapy drugs include the following: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin, and Pemetrexed plus cisplatin. The study is being conducted in patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is for treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy. This phase III trial studies how well carvedilol works in preventing cardiac toxicity in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. PUMA-ALI-1201 is a randomized, dose optimization, multicenter, Phase 2 study of alisertib administered in combination with endocrine therapy in participants with pathology-confirmed HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) following progression on or after at least two prior lines of endocrine therapy in the recurrent or metastatic setting. This study is intended to evaluate the optimal alisertib dose administered in combination with the selected endocrine therapy. The study is also planned to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of alisertib in combination with endocrine and to identify the biomarker-defined subgroup(s) that may benefit most from combined alisertib and endocrine therapy. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS). The primary hypothesis is that the combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to OS.
