ALS Clinical Trials

This campaign features 7 hypertension studies for adults with high blood pressure that remains uncontrolled despite medication. Studies are available for a range of cardiovascular profiles, including people taking multiple blood pressure medications or living with heart or vascular disease.

Inclusion Criteria:

- Diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension)
- Age 18+ (one study requires participants to be 55+)
- Blood pressure remains elevated despite taking medication (typically systolic 135 mmHg or higher), or your doctor has expressed concerns about your blood pressure
- Currently taking 2 or more blood pressure medications
- Have cardiovascular disease (such as a previous heart attack, coronary artery disease, stroke, or peripheral artery disease) or certain cardiovascular risk factors, including diabetes, chronic kidney disease (CKD), atrial fibrillation (AF), or smoking (study dependent)
- Stable body weight for the past 3 months

We are seeking participants for 7 clinical studies evaluating treatments for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The studies are recruiting adults ages 40–80 who have been diagnosed with COPD, including emphysema or chronic bronchitis, and have a history of smoking.
