Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Select Advanced Solid Tumor Indications Receiving Intravenous (IV) ABBV-400
Recruiting
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up per... Read More

AD HOC Trial: Artificial Intelligence-Based Drug Dosing In Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Recruiting
This study will test the hypothesis that a novel combination of three drugs (sorafenib, sonidegib, and irinotecan), in conjunction with individually optimized doses, can be safely administered and lead to improved clinical outcomes in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma compared to standard of care. The main objective of this study is to establish safe dose ranges for the coadministration of sorafenib, sonidegib, and irinotecan in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Furthermore, we will c...
