There are currently 147 active clinical trials seeking participants for Melanoma research studies. The states with the highest number of trials for Autism participants are California, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania.
Adoptive Cell Therapy Using Cancer Specific CD8+ Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes in Adult Patients With Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The subject of this study is the adoptive transfer of selected autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) after in vitro expansion for the treatment of solid tumor malignancies. The TIL selection process is based on evidence showing that CD8+ TIL which co-express both CD39 and CD103 harbor the bulk of tumor-reactivity and that the remaining CD8 TIL is mainly composed of non-tumor reactive bystander cells. All of the expanded TIL that are produced (1-40 billion are expected) will be delivere... Read More

Mentored Community Gardening for Individuals With Skin Cancer
Recruiting
The investigators will conduct a single-arm pilot feasibility trial of mentored community gardening for melanoma survivors integrating dosimeters and accelerometers. Harvest for Health Together Arizona (H4H2-AZ) is an evidence-based program adapted for arid desert gardening that also addresses sun safety through group workshops and peer education. The primary aim is to evaluate adherence to the intervention.

TRAQinform Assessment of Immunotherapy Response
Recruiting
The intent of this study is to evaluate the actionable information output from the TRAQinform Immuno technology in a prospective, non-interventional clinical study. Subjects with metastatic melanoma treated with standard of care (SOC) dual-agent immunotherapy will be enrolled. Subjects will receive SOC immunotherapy monitored for treatment response with FDG PET/CT's at baseline (SOC), after 3-4 weeks of treatment (non-SOC) and 12 at weeks of treatment (SOC).

A Clinical Trial of KVA12123 Treatment Alone and in Combination With Pembrolizumab In Advanced Solid Tumors (VISTA-101)
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of KVA12123 alone or combined with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors. The main questions this study aims to answer are: What is the safety of KVA12123 when administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients? What is an appropriate dose of KVA12123 to administer alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients in future clinical trials? Participants in t... Read More

A Clinical Trial to Evaluate a Melanoma Helper Peptide Vaccine Plus Dabrafenib and Trametinib
Recruiting
This study evaluates whether it is safe to administer a helper peptide vaccine with BRAF inhibitor and MEK inhibitor therapy. This study will also evaluate the effects of the combination of the peptide vaccine and BRAF inhibitors/MEK inhibitors on the immune system. We will monitor these effects by performing tests in the laboratory on participants' blood and tumor samples.

A Study of Dapansutrile Plus Pembrolizumab in Patients With PD-1 Refractory Advanced Melanoma
Recruiting
This phase 1/2 trial will be conducted in two parts. Part 1 (Dose Selection) is designed to find the dose of dapansutrile with acceptable tolerability in combination with pembrolizumab. Part 1 will consist of up to 2 dose selection cohorts to evaluate the safety and tolerability of dapansutrile + pembrolizumab in patients with PD-1 resistant melanoma to find the recommended part 2 dose (RP2D). Part 1 will include a lead-in phase of dapansutrile monotherapy at 500 mg PO BID. At day 15, combinatio... Read More

A Study of HFB301001 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB301001 in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses until a safe and tolerable doses of HFB301001 is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of study drug that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer they have.

Evolution of Metabolic and Immune Dysfunction in In-transit Melanoma
Recruiting
Melanoma in-transit metastases (ITMs) continue to represent a therapeutic dilemma, in that no standard method of treatment has been uniformly adopted. The complexity and heterogeneity of patient and disease characteristics, including the location and number of ITMs presents a barrier to a one size fits all treatment approach. Treatment of patients with limited regional disease remains challenging. Patients are typically treated with a combination of surgery, regional therapy, systemic therapy. D... Read More
