The goal of this observational study is to learn how a physician uses the results of the Percepta® Nasal Swab test to manage people with a newly identified pulmonary nodule. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test reduce the number of invasive procedures in people with a low-risk result and whose nodule is benign? * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test decrease the time to treatment in people with a high-risk result and whose nodule is cancer? Participants will be randomly assigned to either a group where the test result is provided to the physician (test arm) or to a group where the test result is not provided (control arm). The purpose of this post-marketing study is to further characterize the long-term outcome of known or potential risks of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan also known as \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereinafter referred to as AAA617. This clinical trial assesses whether using a test developed by DiviTum can identify optimal levels of CDK 4/6 inhibitor medications in the blood and whether assessing medical compliance and drug-drug interactions can optimize (improve) these levels in patients with estrogen receptor (ER) or progesterone receptor (PR) positive, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and are receiving CDK 4/6 inhibitors. CDK4/6 inhibitors in combination with endocrine therapy (ET) is first line treatment for metastatic hormone positive (ER/PR positive) breast cancer (mBC). Thymidine kinase is a biomarker (biological molecule found in blood, other body fluids, or tissues that is a sign of a condition or disease) that reflects cell proliferation (an increase in the number of cells as a result of cell growth and cell division). DiviTum-thymidine kinase activity (TKa) is a Food and Drug Administration approved assay which showed that a TKa is associated with the decreased likelihood of disease progression within 30 days or 60 days post testing. Using the DiviTum-TKa may improve medication compliance and remove potential drug-drug interactions in patients with ER/PR positive HER2-negative MBC. Read Less

This phase II trial tests how well carboplatin before surgery works in treating patients with high-risk prostate cancer and an inherited BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving carboplatin before surgery may shrink tumors in patients with high-risk prostate cancer with BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation. Read Less

This phase III trial studies how well letrozole with or without paclitaxel and carboplatin works in treating patients with stage II-IV low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum. Letrozole is an enzyme inhibitor that lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body which in turn may stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving letrozole alone or in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin works better in treating patients with low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube, or peritoneum compared to paclitaxel and carboplatin without letrozole. This trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab work in eliminating further chemotherapy after surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage II-IIIa breast cancer who have no cancer remaining at surgery (either in the breast or underarm lymph nodes) after pre-operative chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are both a form of "targeted therapy" because they work by attaching themselves to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When these drugs attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Giving paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab may enable fewer chemotherapy drugs to be given without compromising patient outcomes compared to the usual treatment. Read Less

This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. This study will test the safety of BCG and gemcitabine in people who have BCG-relapsing Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). The researchers will test increasing doses of gemcitabine to find the highest dose that causes few or mild side effects when combined with BCG. The study will also look at whether this combination of drugs is effective in treating BCG-relapsing NMIBC. Read Less
