A Study of TAK-186 (Also Known as MVC-101) in Adults With Advanced or Metastatic Cancer
Recruiting
The main aim of this study is to check for side effects and tolerability of TAK-186 (also known as MVC-101) in adults with unremovable advanced or metastatic cancer. Another aim is to characterize and evaluate the activity of TAK-186 (MVC-101). Participants may receive treatment throughout the study for a maximum of 13 months and will be followed up at 30 days and 90 days and then every 12 weeks for up to 48 weeks after the last treatment.

PRT3789 Monotherapy and in Combo w/Docetaxel in Participants w/Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors w/SMARCA4 Mutation
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT3789, a SMARCA2 degrader, in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with loss of SMARCA4 due to truncating mutation and/or deletion. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) of PRT3789 monotherapy and in combination with docetaxel, describe any dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), define the dosing schedule, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recomm... A First-in-human Study to Learn How Safe the Study Treatment BAY2862789 is, to Find the Best Dose, How it Affects the Body, What Maximum Amount Can be Given, How it Moves Into, Through and Out of the Body, and How it Acts on Different Tumors in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced solid tumors including a specific kind of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC). Advanced solid tumors are types of cancer that have spread to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, and/or to distant parts of the body and that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. BAY2862789 works by blocking an enzyme in T-cells, thereby activating them. T-cells are a type of immune cell that are kn... Read More
