This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. The goal of this study is to evaluate the impact of systemic therapy on cognition in older breast cancer patients, explore change in APE, LM and Cognition domains, measure associations between cognitive decline and QOL, and describe how genetic polymorphisms, inflammatory biomarkers, sleep and physical measures moderate cognitive outcomes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate mood changes in patients with Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer who are receiving intravesical Bacillus Calmete-Guerin (BCG). Patients with Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer receiving intravesical treatments are eligible to participate in this study. Participation involves providing research blood and urine samples prior to the start of treatment and throughout the treatment course. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether for intermediate-risk patients who have undergone Transoral Robotic Surgery for HPV/p16(+) oropharyngeal cancer and have minimal smoking history, whether these patients can be treated with a lower-than standard dose, with omission of the primary site in the oropharynx. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does radiotherapy site and dose-de-escalation lead to similar outcomes compared to historical data on tumor control in patients who are treated with standard radiation doses and treatment fields? Participants will: Undergo treatment with a lower than standard radiation dose (50Gy in 25 fractions, with either Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) or proton beam therapy) and to a smaller than standard radiation field (to the neck only, excluding the original site of tumor in the oropharynx) Read Less

This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The key hypothesis for this study is that collection of the PRO surveys via the Outcomes4Me app is feasible, as measured by survey completion rates. In addition to informing feasibility, this study will provide information about symptom trajectories, symptom management interventions, and early endocrine therapy adherence and persistence. Patients with risk factors for adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence or early discontinuation will complete patient-reported outcome (PRO) surveys via smart phone app at baseline and 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after adjuvant endocrine therapy initiation. Since symptoms and side effects are a key driver of adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence and non-persistence, the investigators anticipate that enhanced detection of symptoms via use of PRO surveys will result in improved symptom management and, could thereby support treatment adherence and persistence. This pilot study will assess the feasibility of the PRO survey intervention. The investigators propose a randomized controlled clinical trial in 250 women with a history of early stage breast cancer who are overweight or obese with insomnia to test whether a brief, cognitive-behavioral intervention for insomnia (CBT-I) prior to behavioral weight loss (CBT-I+BWL) is superior to a sleep education control (EDU) condition followed by behavioral weight loss (EDU+BWL). The goal of this clinical trial is to determine how the duration of hormone blocking (endocrine) therapy given prior to surgery (called "neoadjuvant" treatment) affects breast cancer. The main questions the trial aims is answer are: 1. How breast cancer responds to endocrine therapy given prior to surgery? 2. To predict tumor pre-operative endocrine prognostic index (PEPI) score for subjects enrolled in cohort B or C Participants with early-stage breast cancer (Stage I-III) who are eligible for Neoadjuvant Endocrine Therapy (NET) will be enrolled in the study.
