The purpose of this study is to test if treatment with tralokinumab is safe and effectful to treat moderate-to-severe atopic hand eczema. This will be judged by a range of assessments that rate the severity and extent of atopic hand eczema and its symptoms, as well as general health status and quality of life. The trial will last for up to 40 weeks. There will be up to 15 visits, 3 of which will be conducted by phone. The first part of the trial is called a screening period and will last up to 4 weeks. For the first 16 weeks after screening, trial participants will receive either tralokinumab or dummy injections every two weeks. After the first 16 weeks, all trial participants will receive tralokinumab injections every two weeks for 16 weeks. The last part of the trial is a period of 4 weeks after the end of treatment period, where trial participants are off the drug for safety follow-up. Read Less

This is a multinational, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group Phase 2, 3-arm study in adult participants with moderate to severe AD who are inadequately controlled with topical therapies or for whom such topical therapies are inadvisable and who are candidates for systemic therapy. Participants will be randomized to receive SAR444656 dose 1, SAR444656 dose 2 or matching placebo. Participants who meet inclusion/exclusion criteria will be stratified for randomization by severity of AD (moderate [baseline EASI score <22] versus severe [baseline EASI score ≥22]). This is a two-part study that will evaluate the safety and efficacy of APG777 in participants with moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis (AD). Part A will evaluate the safety and efficacy of one induction dose regimen of APG777 compared to placebo. In addition, two maintenance regimens will be evaluated in Part A. Part B will evaluate the benefit-risk of 3 dose regimens of APG777 compared to placebo. One maintenance regimen will be evaluated in Part B. The purpose of this trial is to test different doses of the trial medicine (LEO 138559) at treating moderate to severe atopic dermatitis in adults. There will be 4 different doses, that will also be compared to a placebo (a dummy medicine that doesn't contain the active ingredient of LEO 138559). Each participant will be randomly assigned to one of the 4 doses of LEO 138559 or placebo. In all arms, injections of placebo may be used to mask the different doses. The trial will last up to 36 weeks, including a screening/washout period (up to 4 weeks), a treatment period (16 weeks), and a follow up period (16 weeks). The participants will visit the clinic 17 times. For the first 4 weeks of the treatment period, participants will visit the clinic every week. For the next 12 weeks of the treatment period, participants will visit the clinic every 2 weeks. For the 16 week follow up period, participants will visit the clinic every 4 weeks. The treatments will be given to the participants by staff at the clinic. They are given as an injection just under the skin. At each visit the doctor will check the participants atopic dermatitis and if they have had any side effects.
