This study is about TAK-500, given either alone or with pembrolizumab, in adults with select locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The aims of the study are: to assess the safety profile of TAK-500 when given alone and when given with pembrolizumab. to assess the anti-tumor effects of TAK-500, when given alone and when given with pembrolizumab, in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Participants may receive TAK-500 for up to 1 year. Participants may continue with their treatment if they have continuing benefit and if this is approved by their study doctor. Objective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on this study. Some of the information regarding the participant's tumor analysis may be beneficial to management of their disease.
