A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B530, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Participants with Solid Tumors That Express CEA and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Phase 1: What is the maximum or recommended dose of A2B530 that is safe for patients * Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B530 kill the solid tumo... The Pancreas Interception Center (PIC) for Early Detection, Prevention, and Novel Therapeutics
Recruiting
The long-term goal of our PIC is to develop effective strategies that can be applied clinically at the point-of-care to prevent, intercept, or detect PDAC at an early stage, thereby reducing PDAC burden and saving lives.

Standard of Care Chemotherapy with or Without Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Oligometastatic Pancreatic Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of standard of care chemotherapy with or with out stereotactic body radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to a limited amount of places in the body (oligometastatic). Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Chemothe... Read More

American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA) Pancreatic Irreversible Electroporation (IRE) Registry
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to create a registry to provide insight into treatment selection and treatment outcome of pancreatic IRE in order to develop an evidence base such that physicians can provide the best possible care to patients with pancreatic cancer requiring surgical interventions. The investigators seek a better understanding of the uses of ablation in the treatment of unresectable soft tissue pancreatic tumors and the limitations, concerns and complications that earlier users hav... Study of TNG260 and an Anti-PD Antibody in STK11 Mutated Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to learn about TNG260, a CoREST inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with a known STK11 mutation. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * the recommended dose for Phase 2 * to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapy * to determine the pharmacokinetics of TNG260 * to evaluate the initial antineoplastic activity Participants will receive study treatment until they exp... Using Radiogenomics to Predict Malignant Potential of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms of the Pancreas
Recruiting
The Florida Pancreas Collaborative wants to partner with individuals who are known to have, or are suspected to have a pancreatic lesion, tumor, cyst, mass, cancer, or pancreatitis and are undergoing diagnosis and treatment at a participating institution. The goals of this project are to build a large database of information obtained from blood, tissue, medical images, surveys and information from routine care to develop noninvasive diagnostic approaches that could be used as decision-making too... BOLD-100 in Combination With FOLFOX for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumours
Recruiting
BOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. BOLD-100 will be combined with cytotoxic FOLFOX chemotherapy in this study, with a dose escalation cohort to ensure tolerability and safety, followed by a cohort expansion phase.
