Recruiting
This trial will be a non-randomized, Phase I trial to evaluate safety, tolerability, biodistribution, radiation dosimetry, pharmacokinetics and PET imaging properties following an infusion of 37 MBq (1 mCi) of 89Zr-labeled hNd2\* (NMK89) in patients with pancreatic cancer that are positive for MUC5AC. Image acquisition is conducted using a PET/CT machine. \* hNd2: Recombinant humanized Nd2 (anti-human MUC5AC monoclonal antibody)

Solid Tumor Analysis for HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and Apheresis for CAR T- Cell Manufacturing
Recruiting
Objective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on... Read More

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B530, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Participants with Solid Tumors That Express CEA and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to test A2B530,an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and other solid tumors that express CEA and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Phase 1: What is the maximum or recommended dose of A2B530 that is safe for patients * Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B530 kill the solid tumo... The Pancreas Interception Center (PIC) for Early Detection, Prevention, and Novel Therapeutics
Recruiting
The long-term goal of our PIC is to develop effective strategies that can be applied clinically at the point-of-care to prevent, intercept, or detect PDAC at an early stage, thereby reducing PDAC burden and saving lives.

American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA) Pancreatic Irreversible Electroporation (IRE) Registry
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to create a registry to provide insight into treatment selection and treatment outcome of pancreatic IRE in order to develop an evidence base such that physicians can provide the best possible care to patients with pancreatic cancer requiring surgical interventions. The investigators seek a better understanding of the uses of ablation in the treatment of unresectable soft tissue pancreatic tumors and the limitations, concerns and complications that earlier users hav... Using Radiogenomics to Predict Malignant Potential of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms of the Pancreas
Recruiting
The Florida Pancreas Collaborative wants to partner with individuals who are known to have, or are suspected to have a pancreatic lesion, tumor, cyst, mass, cancer, or pancreatitis and are undergoing diagnosis and treatment at a participating institution. The goals of this project are to build a large database of information obtained from blood, tissue, medical images, surveys and information from routine care to develop noninvasive diagnostic approaches that could be used as decision-making too... BOLD-100 in Combination With FOLFOX for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumours
Recruiting
BOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. BOLD-100 will be combined with cytotoxic FOLFOX chemotherapy in this study, with a dose escalation cohort to ensure tolerability and safety, followed by a cohort expansion phase.
