This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of VDPHL01 in male subjects with Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA). AGA (or male pattern baldness) is a genetic disorder caused by an excessive (too much) hair follicle response to androgens (hormone) that causes hair loss. VDPHL01 8.5 mg Tablet is an investigational oral drug to treat male pattern baldness. This multi-center, double blind, study will last about 13 months and includes 11 study visits (screening, baseline (day 1), week 2, month 1, month 2, month 4, month 6, month 8, month 10, month 12, month 13). The first 7 visits will be part of the placebo-controlled period. The next 3 visits will be part of the treatment extension phase. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. Therapies spread over the skin may not be enough to control the AD in trial participants who require systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. This study aims to provide data on the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib at different doses in adult participants with moderate to severe AD. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). This study is conducted in 2 periods. During Period 1, participants are randomly assigned into 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms to receive upadacitinib Dose A or dupilumab Dose A. Based on the participants response to upadacitinib Dose A, they may have their dose increased to upadacitinib Dose B after 2 weeks. In Period 2, participants that completed Period 1 will either remain on their assigned dose or be reassigned to a different dose based on their Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) response. Approximately 300 adult participants ages 18 to 64 with moderate to severe AD who are current users of dupilumab and had a history of inadequate response to dupilumab will be enrolled at up to 94 sites worldwide. The study is comprised of a 35-day Screening Period, an 8-week Open-Label Period 1 and a 24-week Open-Label Period 2 for participants that completed Period 1. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or dupilumab subcutaneous (SC) injection every other week for 32 weeks and followed for 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Phase 1 dose escalation will determine the first cycle dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), the biologically effective dose and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of repotrectinib given to adult subjects with advanced solid malignancies harboring an ALK, ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene rearrangement. Midazolam DDI substudy will examine effect of of repotrectinib on CYP3A induction. Phase 2 will determine the confirmed Overall Response Rate (ORR) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) of repotrectinib in each subject population expansion cohort of advanced solid tumors that harbor a ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene rearrangement. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic and often painful inflammatory skin disease which includes the forming of lumps, abscesses and scars in areas of the skin such as under the breasts, under armpits, inner thighs, groin and buttocks. This study will compare lutikizumab versus placebo for the treatment of adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS . Lutikizumab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS. During Period 1 of the study, participants will placed in 1 of 2 groups called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Around 1280 adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS will be enrolled in the study at approximately 275 sites world wide. During Period 2, participants that were part of the lutikizumab treatment arm in Period 1 will be re-randomized to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. Participants that were part of the Placebo arm in Period 1 will start Period 2 with an initiation of lutikizumab followed by a re-randomization to 1 of 2 lutikizumab treatment arms. In Period 1, participants will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab or placebo every week for 16 weeks. In Period 2, participants that were randomized to lutikizumab in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week or every other week for 36-weeks. Participants that were randomized to the placebo arm in Period 1 will receive subcutaneous injections of lutikizumab every week for 16 weeks, then either every week or every other week for 20 weeks There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to measure the long-term safety and tolerability of ianalumab in participants with Sjogrens syndrome who have previously completed treatment from one of two NEPTUNUS 1 year core studies (CVAY736A2301 \[NCT05350072\] or CVAY736A2302 \[NCT05349214\]). * The study treatment is ianalumab 300 mg in a 2 mL pre-filled syringe (PFS) or in a 2 mL autoinjector (AI) for injection. All participants will receive ianalumab either monthly or every 3 months. * The treatment duration will be 3 years with an additional up to 2-year safety follow-up. The total duration of this extension study will be up to 5 years. * The visit frequency will be monthly during both the treatment period and mandatory follow-up, and then less frequently during the subsequent conditional follow-up. Treatment of interest: The randomized treatment (ianalumab) will be received monthly or every 3 months. Participants assigned to treatment every 3 months will receive placebo every month between the ianalumab doses to maintain blinding. Number of Participants: Approximately 600 participants from the NEPTUNUS core studies will be rolled over into the extension study. Treatment Groups:There will be no screening period in this trial. From Week 48 of the NEPTUNUS core study, participants will be given the opportunity to consent to this extension study. From Week 52 of the NEPTUNUS core studies (i.e., Day 1 in the extension study), eligible participants will be assigned to either one of the treatment regimens: * ianalumab 300 mg monthly or * ianalumab 300 mg once every 3 months Participants receiving placebo in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will be randomized 1:1 to receive ianalumab 300 mg monthly or every 3 months starting from Week 60 and participants receiving ianalumab in either of the NEPTUNUS core studies will continue the same treatment in the extension study. Ianalumab will be given as a subcutaneous injection from a 2 mL pre-filled syringe or a 2 mL autoinjector. The goal of this study is to learn if tilpisertib fosmecarbil (formerly known as GS-5290) is effective and safe in treating participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The study will compare participants in different treatment groups treated with tilpisertib fosmecarbil with participants treated with placebo. This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 3-arm monotherapy study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for SC injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period.
