This is a Phase 2/3 study that comprises 5 substudies designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of oral etrasimod as therapy in adult participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who are refractory or intolerant to at least 1 of the current therapies for CD (ie, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics). The overall duration of this study is up to 282 weeks, inclusive of the Screening Period, Treatment Period of up to 274 weeks (Induction, Extension or Maintenance, and Long-term Extension Periods), and the 4-Week Follow-Up Period for safety assessment. This study is open to adults with schizophrenia who took part in a previous CONNEX study (study 1346-0011, 1346-0012, or 1346-0013). The purpose of this study is to find out how well people with schizophrenia can tolerate a medicine called Iclepertin in the long term. Participants take Iclepertin as tablets once a day for 1 year. In addition, all participants take their normal medication for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for a little more than 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site about 13 times and get about 9 phone calls from the study team. The doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Participants will have Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) and have inadequate glycemic control with insulin glargine with or without metformin and/or SGLT-2 (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2) inhibitor. This phase III trial investigates the best dose of vinblastine in combination with selumetinib and the benefit of adding vinblastine to selumetinib compared to selumetinib alone in treating children and young adults with low-grade glioma (a common type of brain cancer) that has come back after prior treatment (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (progressive). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking a protein that lets tumor cells grow without stopping. Vinblastine blocks cell growth by stopping cell division and may kill cancer cells. Giving selumetinib in combination with vinblastine may work better than selumetinib alone in treating recurrent or progressive low-grade glioma. Read Less

Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, 2 to 24 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for SC injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period.
