Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, 2 to 24 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) consists of deficits in social, communication, and cognitive development, repetitive and stereotypic behaviors. Many ASD patients show notably high levels of irritability, including verbal and physical aggression, self injury, and/or property destruction. Autistic infants tend to avoid eye contact and show little interest in others. This study will assess how safe and effective cariprazine is in treating pediatric participants (5 to 17 years of age) with ASD. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Cariprazine is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of irritability due to ASD. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given cariprazine and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 152 participants diagnosed with ASD will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites globally. Participants will receive oral capsules or oral solution of cariprazine or placebo once daily for 8-weeks and will undergo a 4-week safety follow-up period. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. A number of treatments are available for adults with migraine but there are limited approved treatments available for pediatric participants. The main goal of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (how well treatment works) of a low-dose and high-dose of atogepant in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved to treat adults with episodic migraine (0 to 14 migraine days per month) and is being studied in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17 with a history of episodic migraine. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of atogepant in participants with a history of episodic migraine with an open-label pharmacokinetic substudy. Eligible participants will be randomized into 6 different groups. Participants between the ages of 12 and 17 will be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. Participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will also be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. The specific atogepant doses to be used in participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will be determined after the PK substudy is complete. Around 450 participants will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites. Placebo, low-dose atogepant, and high-dose atogepant are given as a tablet to take by mouth once a day. At the end of Week 12, participants will either undergo a follow-up visit 4 weeks after last study treatment or join an extension study where they can continue to receive atogepant for another 52 weeks. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of sisunatovir. Sisunatovir is studied for the possible treatment of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). RSV is a virus that causes lung infections with cold-like symptoms, but it can cause severe illness in some people. Sisunatovir is studied in adults: who are not admitted to the hospital and who have high chances of having a severe illness from RSV infection. This study is seeking participants who: Are confirmed to have RSV. Have symptoms of a lung infection. Are 18 years of age or older. Have one or more of the following which increases the chances of RSV illness: A long-term lung disease. heart failure. a condition that weakens the immune system. Are 65 years of age or older and do not have any of the conditions above Half of the participants in this study will receive sisunatovir. The other half will receive a placebo for 5 days. Placebo looks same like the study medicine but does not have any medication. Both sisunatovir and placebo will be taken by mouth. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving sisunatovir to those of the people who do not. This will help decide if sisunatovir is safe and effective. Participants will attend about 8-10 study visits over 5 weeks. During this time, they will have: visits at the study clinic, blood work, swabs of the nose, questionnaires, a follow-up phone call.
