Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective risankizumab subcutaneous (SC) induction treatment is in treating moderately to severely active CD in adult participants. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with CD. This study comprises of a Period A and a Period B. In Period A, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups to receive either risankizumab SC or Placebo. In Period B, based on response, participants will receive risankizumab SC Dose B or Placebo. Participants who do not have improvement in CD symptoms at Week 12 will receive risankizumab SC Dose C and participants with worsening CD symptoms in period B will receive risankizumab SC. Approximately 276 adult participants with a diagnosis of moderately to severely active CD will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites globally. Participants will receive SC induction treatment of risankizumab or matching placebo for up to 24 weeks in Period A and B. The duration of the study will be approximately 49 weeks. Read Less

This is a Phase 2/3 study that comprises 5 substudies designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of oral etrasimod as therapy in adult participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who are refractory or intolerant to at least 1 of the current therapies for CD (ie, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics). Study participants will be screened during the platform study and randomly assigned to receive mirikizumab or another intervention. The purpose of the mirikizumab study is to evaluate efficacy, safety, tolerability, and how well mirikizumab absorbs into the body of pediatric participants with Crohn's disease. Many patients with Crohn's disease develop fibrotic narrowing (strictures) in their bowel, causing obstructive symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramping, or vomiting after meals. Because of these symptoms, patients often require bowel resection surgery. The objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of AGMB-129 in patients with Crohn's disease and symptomatic strictures, and whether it can have a beneficial effect on intestinal strictures. A Phase II study to assess the safety and efficacy of AVB-114 in treatment of complex Crohn's perianal fistulas in subjects with quiescent rectal disease and whose fistula has failed to respond to biologic or conventional therapy. Combined remission of treated perianal fistula in the investigational treatment arm will be compared to a standard of care control arm. The study has 2 parts: Part 1: All required study visits for subjects who initially receive study treatment and those who receive standard of care therapy (control arm). Part 2: Subjects who are enrolled in the control arm may receive treatment with AVB-114 following week 36. Those subjects then will be followed as specified in the clinical protocol. Read Less
