Endometriosis is a painful disorder of the uterus affecting 6-10% of women of childbearing age. Endometriosis affects daily activities, social relationships, sexuality and sexual activity, and mental health. This study will evaluate how well elagolix in combination with combined oral contraceptives (COC) works within the body and/or how safe it is compared to placebo (does not contain treatment drug). This study will assess the dysmenorrhea (painful periods) response in participants with endometriosis and associated pain. Elagolix is an approved drug for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis. Participants are randomly put in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Adult female participants who still have periods with a diagnosis of endometriosis will be enrolled. Around 800 participants will be enrolled in the study at multiple sites in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral elagolix or placebo tablets in combination with combined oral contraceptive (COC) or placebo capsules for 3 months. All the participants will receive elagolix tablets in combination with COC tablets from Month 4 through Month 18. There will be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors may not yet prescribe CagriSema. CagriSema will be compared to a medicine called tirzepatide that doctors may prescribe in some countries. Participants will get either CagriSema or tirzepatide. Which treatment participant get is decided by chance like flipping a coin. Participant will have an equal chance of receiving either drug. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) consists of deficits in social, communication, and cognitive development, repetitive and stereotypic behaviors. Many ASD patients show notably high levels of irritability, including verbal and physical aggression, self injury, and/or property destruction. Autistic infants tend to avoid eye contact and show little interest in others. This study will assess how safe and effective cariprazine is in treating pediatric participants (5 to 17 years of age) with ASD. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Cariprazine is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of irritability due to ASD. This study is double-blinded means that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given cariprazine and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug). Study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 152 participants diagnosed with ASD will be enrolled in approximately 50 sites globally. Participants will receive oral capsules or oral solution of cariprazine or placebo once daily for 8-weeks and will undergo a 12-week safety follow-up period. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) for the treatment of previously-treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with exon 19del or exon 21 L858R EGFR mutations (hereafter referred to as EGFR mutations or EGFR-mutated) or any of the follow genomic alterations: ALK gene rearrangements, ROS1 rearrangements, BRAF V600E mutations, NTRK gene fusions, MET exon 14 skipping mutations, RET rearrangements, or less common EGFR point mutations of exon 20 S768I, exon 21 L861Q, or exon 18 G719X mutations. The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan is: (1) superior to chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR in NSCLC with EGFR mutations; and (2) superior to chemotherapy with respect to overall survival (OS) in NSCLC with EGFR mutations. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of the study medicine ARV-471 (PF-07850327) given together with palbociclib in advanced breast cancer. In particular, the study will compare the combination of ARV-471 plus palbociclib to standard of care therapy (letrozole plus palbociclib). Both letrozole and palbociclib are medicines already used for treatment of breast cancer. ARV-471 is a new medicine under study. This study is seeking participants who have breast cancer that: Have a locally advanced or metastatic disease and cannot be fully cured by surgery or radiation therapy. A metastatic disease is when disease has spread to other parts of the body. Is sensitive to hormonal therapy such as tamoxifen. This is called estrogen receptor positive disease. Have not received any prior medicine for advanced disease. Example medications include tamoxifen or letrozole or exemestane. The study will have an open-label SLI (study lead-in) before initiation of Phase 3 trial. During SLI, two dose levels of palbociclib in combination with ARV-471 will be explored in parallel. Assignment to the palbociclib dose is by chance. Half of the participant will receive one dose and the other half another palbociclib dose. The purpose of SLI is to determine the recommended Phase 3 dose of palbociclib to be administered in combination with ARV-471. In the Phase 3, half of the participants will take ARV-471 plus palbociclib while the other half will take letrozole plus palbociclib. In both SLI and Phase 3, participants will take the study medicines by mouth, with food, once a day. Participants will take the study medicines until breast cancer increase in size or side effects become too severe. Side effects refer to unwanted reactions to medications.
