Head and Neck Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in Florida

An open-label, controlled, multi-site, interventional, 2-arm, Phase II trial of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab vs pembrolizumab monotherapy as first line treatment in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing programmed cell death ligand -1 (PD-L1) with combined positive score (CPS) ≥1. This trial has two parts. Part A, an initial non-randomized Safety Run-In Phase to confirm the safety and tolerability at the selected dose range level of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab. Part B, the Randomized part of the trial to generate pivotal efficacy and safety data of BNT113 in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab monotherapy in the first line setting in patients with unresectable recurrent or metastatic HPV16+ HNSCC expressing PD-L1 with CPS ≥1. For Part B, an optional pre-screening phase is available for all patients where patients' tumor samples may be submitted for central HPV16 DNA and central PD-L1 expression testing prior to screening into the main trial. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07921585) in people with cancer that has advanced or spread to other parts of the body. This study is seeking participants who have any of the following cancer types: * non-small cell lung cancer * colorectal cancer * bladder cancer * melanoma (a type of skin cancer) * kidney cancer * head and neck cancer Participants will receive the study medicine PF-07921585 alone or in combination with another study medicine called sasanlimab at the study clinic. PF-07921585 will be given as an infusion into a vein or as shots under the skin, once every 3 weeks. Sasanlimab will be given as shots under the skin, also once every 3 weeks. The experiences of participants receiving the study medicine will be studied to help see if the study medicine is safe and effective. Participants may receive study medicine for up to 2 years, depending on how the cancer responds to the study treatment. Participants may continue receiving study medicine after 2 years if there are any benefits from the study treatment. Compared to IMRT, PBRT is thought to give less radiation exposure to the surrounding healthy tissues. It is possible that side effect rates with PBRT will be lower or the same compared to IMRT, but this has not been well studied to date. Although both of these radiation therapies have been used in the past to treat head and neck cancer, this research study will compare the effects of these two different radiation treatment modalities with each other to see whether PBRT is better, the same or worse than IMRT. The purpose of the study is to determine if it is feasible to use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to adjust a portion of radiation therapy for patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma . This study intends to explore feasibility, acceptability, and outcomes related to the use of a digital health coaching intervention for individuals who have completed primary therapy for cancer. Up to 625 individuals with diverse cancer diagnoses will be enrolled across up to 8 clinical sites to participate in a randomized wait-list control study. Those in the intervention group will receive 6 months of digital coaching up front followed by 6 months of ongoing monitoring via patient reported and clinical outcomes, as well as wearable data. Those in the control group will be monitored via patient reported and clinical outcomes as well as wearable data for the first 6 months followed by 6 months of digital health coaching. Both groups will collect fecal microbiome samples at enrollment and month 6. The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing.
