B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 565 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28 day, 21 day, or 56 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants (PPTS) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in PPTS with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in PPTS with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. 8: Oral pirtobrutinib in PPTS with R/R MCL. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine (called COMIRNATY) for the potential prevention of COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: 1. Are age \<21 years. 2. Have presentation to participating medical center with evaluation in Emergency Room and/or hospitalization. 3. Received either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose(s) of COMIRNATY within 7 days of symptom onset. 4. Meet criteria of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention case definition of probable or confirmed myocarditis/pericarditis 5. Are capable of giving signed informed consent/assent (by parents/legal guardians of minors and/or patients), which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the Informed Consent/Assent Document and in this protocol OR meets criteria for waiver of consent. This study will examine the potential long-term effects associated with myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination with COMIRNATY. The association of myocarditis/pericarditis in participants who received the study vaccine (COMIRNATY) compared with those associated with COVID-19 will also be examined. This will help us determine if COMIRNATY is safe and effective, and if there is a myocarditis/pericarditis association that should be noted. Transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) is a disease where the normally occurring transthyretin (TTR) protein falls apart and forms amyloid, a sticky plaque- like substance that accumulates in different organs in the body and can cause damage to the organ. There are two ways that the TTR protein can fall apart. One way occurs as a person ages, where the normal TTR protein can fall apart and form amyloid that may no longer be sufficiently cleared by the body. This type of ATTR is known as wild-type ATTR (ATTRwt). The other way occurs when a person inherits a defective TTR gene that causes the TTR protein to spontaneously fall apart. This form of the disease is known as variant ATTR (ATTRv) and can be detected in adults by a genetic test of their TTR gene before they age. Amyloid build-up in the heart causes the heart wall to become thick and stiff and can result in heart failure and even death. Accumulation of TTR amyloid in the heart is known as transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy or ATTR-CM. Amyloid can also deposit in the nerve tissues leading to nerve problems. Accumulation of TTR in the nerves is known as transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy or ATTR-PN. Acoramidis is an experimental drug designed to bind tightly to TTR in the blood and stabilize its structure, so it does not form the harmful amyloid plaques that can cause damage to organs. This study is intended to determine if treatment with acoramidis in participants with ATTRv who have not yet developed any symptoms of disease can prevent or delay the development of ATTR-CM or ATTR-PN disease. If adults with an inherited defective TTR gene are treated early before any of the symptoms of disease have developed, it may be possible to delay the onset or prevent the disease entirely. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of elranatamab and carfilzomib and dexamethasone or elranatamab and maplirpacept. There are 2 parts to this study. Part 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability of elranatamab when given in combination with carfilzomib plus dexamethasone. Part 2 has 2 arms. The first will evaluate the safety and tolerability of elranatamab when given in combination with maplirpacept. The second will identify the optimal dose(s) of elranatamab plus maplirpacept. All study medicines are given over 4-week cycles. Everyone taking part in this study will receive elranatamab as a shot under the skin. Participants in Part 1 will also receive weekly carfilzomib as an IV infusion (given directly into a vein) and dexamethasone either by mouth (as a pill) or by IV infusion. Participants in Part 2 will receive elranatamab in combination with maplirpacept as an IV infusion (given directly into a vein) The investigators will examine the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This clinical trial compares the effect of a vaccine promotional intervention, TweenVax, to standard of care vaccination promotion practices on rates of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination in adolescents. HPV vaccination has been identified as a priority for cancer prevention and control by the Cancer Moonshot Blue Ribbon Panel, which estimated that increasing HPV vaccination rates can prevent 400,000 HPV-related cancers in the next 5-10 years. The goal is for HPV vaccinations to be completed by the age of 13. It has been estimated that only about 16% of adolescents were fully up to date with HPV vaccines by age 13. Strong and consistent provider recommendations have been shown to play an important role in the uptake of vaccines. In addition, education and information received by parents may improve the strength of recommendations by providers. The TweenVax intervention includes practice, provider, parent and patient level education to teach best practices, help with vaccine messaging, and give correct and easy to understand information to parents. Providing practice, provider and parent level access to TweenVax may be more effective than current vaccine promotion practices in improving HPV vaccination rates in adolescents. Read Less
