This study is open to people aged 18 years or older with schizophrenia. People can join the study if they are willing to use a smartphone app called CT-155. This app is being developed to help people with schizophrenia manage their negative symptoms. The purpose of this study is to gather new information on CT-155. Researchers want to see how well it works, how well participants use the study app, and how it affects the use of health care services. Participants use the app for 16 weeks. They may continue using it for another 16 weeks. During the study, participants continue with their normal treatment for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for about a year. During this time, they visit the study site every 2 months. During this study, doctors regularly check participants' schizophrenia symptoms and overall quality of life. Researchers may also compare the healthcare data of study participants with a similar group of people with schizophrenia who are not part of the study. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less

This is a study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AZD0780 in adults with clinical ASCVD or who are at risk for a first ASCVD event and who have elevated LDL-C. AZD0780 is a small molecule that reduces the amount of LDL-C in the blood. Placebo will be used for comparison, and neither the participants nor the Investigators will know who is receiving the AZD0780 medication and who is receiving the placebo until the end of study. The total length of the study for an individual participant will be up to approximately 56 weeks, including a screening period of up to 14 days, treatment with AZD0780 or placebo for 52 weeks, and a safety follow-up period of 10 days. There are many available treatments for pulmonary embolism (PE), but the best treatment for this condition is not known. The HI-PEITHO study will compare two treatment options that are both available on the market for the treatment of PE. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to receive either blood thinners (anticoagulation) or blood thinners (anticoagulation) in combination with a device called the EkoSonicTM Endovascular device to dissolve blood clots. Patients will be followed for 12 months after randomization and have assessments while in the hospital as well as at 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 12 months after randomization. Phase 1/2, dose escalation and expansion study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of neladalkib (NVL-655), determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), and evaluate the antitumor activity in patients with advanced ALK- positive (ALK+) NSCLC and other solid tumors. Phase 1 will evaluate the overall safety and tolerability of neladalkib and will determine the RP2D and, if applicable, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of neladalkib in patients with advanced ALK+ solid tumors. This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not undergo screening that involves pelvic exams. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable pre-cancers may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own vaginal sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. This study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements.
