REACT is a phase two, open-label, randomized, controlled trial of microbiota therapy (MT) to reduce colonization with multi-drug resistant organisms (MDRO). REACT is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of MT administered to subjects colonized with a MDRO. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the impact of SCThrive (a behavioral self-management intervention) on patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits in 260 adolescents and young adults with sickle cell disease (SCD) ages 13-21 receiving care at 1 of 4 pediatric SCD clinics. The main question\[s\]it aims to answer are: * Does SCThrive improve patient activation? * Does SCThrive improve self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and decrease emergency room visits? * Are any improvements maintained 3 months after treatment? Participants will complete self-management related surveys before, after, and 3 months following their participation in an 8- week, virtual group intervention with an accompanying mobile app (SCThrive). Researchers will compare outcomes for participants who receive SCThrive and participants who receive uniform standard care (SCHealthED which = standard of care plus SCD educational text messages) to see if there are differences in patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits. This study is designed to help us better understand how the immune system responds to the flu and how flu is transmitted in the environment. The ultimate goal is to develop better vaccines and drugs to protect against or fight the flu. This study will describe how the body's immune system responds to the flu virus during and after infection and how the flu virus is transmitted in the environment. The study will use a flu virus called A/Texas/71/2017 (H3N2), clade 3C3a produced specifically for clinical research in controlled conditions. The study will also assess the safety of the H3N2 influenza challenge in healthy participants. Mild to moderate symptoms are expected based on previous studies with this strain of influenza. Study volunteers will be recruited and screened from the general population of metro Atlanta through advertisements or identified from a database of research participants who have previously agreed to be contacted for future research studies. Participants will provide written consent before study participation. Up to 200 healthy adults, 18-49 years old, will be screened for participation. Eligible participants will take part in the study over 5 months. Enrolled participants will be admitted to Emory University Hospital during which time they will receive the influenza virus in the form of a spray in the nose or exposure to infected participants followed by an 8-12 day inpatient stay for observation. Follow-up outpatient visits will take place at the Hope Clinic of the Emory Vaccine Center. Participants will receive compensation (pro-rated for all visits completed) for their time and effort. The objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Amulet LAA occluder compared to NOAC therapy in patients with non-valvular AF at increased risk for ischemic stroke and who are recommended for long-term NOAC therapy. The clinical investigation is a prospective, randomized, multicenter active control worldwide trial. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio between the Amulet LAA occlusion device ("Device Group") and a commercially available NOAC medication ("Control Group"). This phase II trial studies the effect of brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab in treating patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) that have been previously treated with brentuximab vedotin or checkpoint inhibitors. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab in combination may be an effective treatment in patients with relapsed or refractory classic Hodgkin lymphoma previously treated with brentuximab vedotin or checkpoint inhibitors. This study is a randomized, single-site clinical trial that will take place at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. The investigators want to see if in pediatric patients, giving Zofran prior to propofol, reduces the pain that patients often experience when propofol is injected through an IV. Subjects will be randomized to 1 of 2 groups: lidocaine (common standard of care), or Zofran. The investigators hope to show a means of improving pain control in their patients undergoing anesthesia.
