Zimberelimab and Domvanalimab in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus Pembrolizumab With Chemotherapy in Patients With Untreated Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The primary objective of this study is to compare the effect of zimberelimab (ZIM) and domvanalimab (DOM) in combination with chemotherapy relative to pembrolizumab (PEMBRO) in combination with chemotherapy on progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with untreated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with no actionable genomic alteration.

A Global Study to Assess the Effects of Durvalumab + Domvanalimab Following Concurrent Chemoradiation in Participants With Stage III Unresectable NSCLC

This is a Phase III, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicentre, international study assessing the efficacy and safety of durvalumab (MEDI4736) and domvanalimab (AB154) compared with durvalumab plus placebo in adults with locally advanced (Stage III), unresectable NSCLC whose disease has not progressed following definitive platinum-based cCRT.

Surgery Versus Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The development of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for the treatment of stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has inspired a close partnership between thoracic surgery and radiation oncology. In this study, patients with stage I NSCLC will be screened prior to treatment and will be consented after their treatment plan has been determined. Prospectively collected patient-reported outcomes (PROs) will be collected for 3 years, as will outcomes data.

Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan Combinations in First-line Treatment of Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG), and its dosing in combination with pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab and a platinum agent (carboplatin or cisplatin), in participants with advanced or metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

A Study to Evaluate Participant and Healthcare Professional Reported Preference for Subcutaneous Atezolizumab Compared With Intravenous Atezolizumab Formulation in Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a Phase II, randomized, multi-center, multinational, open-label, cross-over study in adult participants with PD-L1-positive NSCLC. Two populations will be included: participants with resected Stage II, IIIA, and selected IIIB (T3-N2) NSCLC who have completed adjuvant platinum-based chemotherapy without evidence of disease relapse/recurrence, and chemotherapy-naïve participants with Stage IV NSCLC. The study will evaluate participant- and healthcare professionals (HCP)-reported preference ...

A Global Study to Assess the Effects of Osimertinib in Participants With EGFRm Stage IA2-IA3 NSCLC Following Complete Tumour Resection

This is a global study to assess the effects of osimertinib in participants with EGFRm stage IA2-IA3 non-small cell lung cancer following complete tumour resection.

Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant Treatment in Resectable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

The study is intended to assess the safety and efficacy of perioperative treatment with Durvalumab in combination with Oleclumab, Monalizumab or AZD0171 and platinum doublet chemotherapy; or MEDI5752 in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy or datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in combination with durvalumab and single agent platinum chemotherapy in participants with resectable, early-stage non-small cell lung cancer.

NT-I7 in Combination With Atezolizumab in Previously Untreated, PD-L1-expressing, Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC

This is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm Phase II study to evaluate anti-tumor efficacy and safety of NT-I7 in combination with atezolizumab in subjects with PD-L1-expressing (TPS ≥ 1%), metastatic (Stage IV) or locally advanced squamous or non-squamous NSCLC who have not received prior systemic therapy in the metastatic or locally advanced setting. Eligible subjects must have measurable disease according to RECIST 1.1. This Phase II study will enroll up to 83 subjects.

Study of MT-6402 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Cancer That Expresses PD-L1

This will be a Phase 1 Open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-6402 (an Engineered Toxin Body (ETB)) in subjects with advanced solid cancer that expresses PD-L1

Conditions: Advanced Solid Tumor, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and Neck

A Study of Relatlimab Plus Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy vs. Nivolumab in Combination With Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment for Participants With Stage IV or Recurrent Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety profile of relatlimab plus nivolumab in combination with platinum doublet chemotherapy (PDCT) and to determine if nivolumab plus relatlimab in combination with PDCT improves overall response rate (ORR) when compared to nivolumab plus PDCT in participants with previously untreated Stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Pre-Incisional Ketorolac for Patients Undergoing Surgery for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Renal Cell Carcinoma

This is a pilot study of biomarker evaluation and safety of pre-incisional ketorolac for patients undergoing surgical resection for non-small cell lung cancer and renal cell carcinoma. There is significant promise in the use of preoperative ketorolac to decrease the inflammatory response after surgical resection of tumors, thereby potentially reducing the risk of distant metastatic tumor spread and improving survival. A total of 56 patients (28 per disease site) will be enrolled into the experim ...
